The ingredients on received item aren’t not the same! The pictures of this product in the description shows the iron ingredient as Bisglycinate which is an easy to digest form of iron. However the product I received has ferrous sulfate as the source of iron which causes constipation. I’m at really disappointed as this is the 2nd time I have found this product with the ingredients not matching what’s advertised. ... show more

I am the mom of a soon to be 8 month old. She was taking Zarbee’s MV with iron, which she hated. Plus, the dosage was 2 ml. I was initially going to change her to another brand which I won’t disclose. The reviews were great though. I waited a few more days and bam, this vitamin appeared. Plus, it was half the price. However, it was listed as new so I was taking a chance on it all. I can’t say anything except nice things about it. The dosage is 1 ml, the bottle has nice servings, the taste to me was “natural” tasting, and most importantly, my child loved it. She took it with no problem and even reached over for more.     • Tastes as expected-not great
I tasted it before giving it to my baby and it wasn’t too bad. The flavor is what I expected a multivitamin with iron to taste like...a bit metallic and not delicious. My baby swallowed it if I administered it slowly into his cheek. No side effects so far.

    • My anemic preemie's iron levels keep going up with daily use of this product
This did what it was supposed to do, which was get my baby boy's iron levels up. At some point, he didn't tolerate the tart taste anymore, so I put it in a small amount of breastmilk (less than half an ounce) in a small bottle every day and give it to him that way, he loves it. Putting it in more milk than that, seems like the iron oxidizes too fast, turns the milk brown- I am just paranoid, I don't know if that matters too much. The ferrous sulfate iron our ex-pediatrician recommended, I was disappointed- it had sugar and dyes in it- why do that for an infant? Weird. Mommy's Bliss doesn't have crap in it, Plus it has methylated folate, which is awesome cause I have MTHFR mutation and there's a 50% chance my baby does, too, so I don't want to give him synthetic folic acid, just methylated folate. This also has plenty of vitamin c- to help the iron get absorbed, but also, he's never gotten constipated taking this product (iron can be constipating if not taken with enough C). And, I don't have to give him a separate vitamin D supplement, either, it's in this product, too. So it's been the perfect infant multivitamin for us! Great value for the cost. I keep it in the fridge and give him 1ml daily. ... show more

I bought this for my two month old. It was easy to draw up the liquid with the syringe as it has an insert that goes into the top of the bottle that you can use so it doesn't spill and can draw the liquid upside down. My son wasn't a huge fan of drinking all the liquid (he doesn't like taking his Vitamin D either), but I just gave a little at a time. Overall, I like the product, I think it will just be easier to give to an older baby. ... show more

    • Mommy’s bliss? More like mommy’s nightmare
My 4 month old baby absolutely hates this supplement. He grimaced and spat it out both times I tried to give it to him. This was followed by intense crying and upset. The stuff REEKS of blood with a hint of orange and the smell will stay on your baby all day. He now smells like he works in a butcher shop. Absolutely foul.     • This product contains iron, zinc, and vitamins. That is what I looked for.
I searched almost every product with daily required iron, vitamins, and zinc. This product has what I was exactly looking for and the price. Nothing artifical was added and taste is a little bit weired at first, my mom started to enjoy when she became 8 months (took about 2 months and a half to like it.) Whoever looking for iron product for baby, please look zinc too. Please study what is good for baby and why zinc is helpful for the baby. This is great multivitamin for babies. My babies prefer it in their formula versus taking it orally alone. I bought this product many times. BUYERS BEWARE: The product from the manufacturer has failed to put the syringe in the box. Not sure if it was this last batch that expires in 4/2024. I had this happen with my purchase here and at the stores. I would check the box for the spill proof cap/and syringe before buying. ... show more
