It has 8 essential vitamins and iron to support your little one's growing brain and body: iron to support brain health, vitamin D to support bone health, vitamin C and vitamin E to support immune health, vitamin A to support bone, tooth, vision, and immune health, & vitamin B6, Niacin (vitamin B3), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), and Thiamin (vitamin B) to help with energy metabolism. Poly-Vi-Sol is fruit flavored using natural ingredients and does not have ingredients derived from the most common food allergies. Our multivitamin with iron also has 100% of the daily value of Vitamin D as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
