I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It’s a complete waste of money. I bought two of them, and they’ve been out of commission for less than six months. They don’t charge and won’t work for both of my children. Save your money and buy an Apple product instead. We absolutely love this tablet! The 10.1-inch screen is a really nice size and the picture quality is clear and bright, which makes it great for watching videos, browsing the internet, or playing games. It runs smoothly and was very easy to set up right out of the box. The battery life has also been great so far and lasts several hours with regular use. My granddaughter loves this tablet and holder. The case is think and sturdy and really does an amazing job at protecting the device. The handle is nice and easier for her to carry her tablet around. The pen that came with it is nice and has 2 different ends to it. Works great.

Bought 2 of these in the space of 3 months. Worked really well and can hold charge for a long time. BUT the first one lasted one month before half of the screen stopped working. I thought it was something my kid did to it and figured he had damaged the sensor in that part of the screen so I ordered the same exact tablet again and it did the same thing only this time worse! Only one corner of the screen works and that's useless because I can only swipe up. I cannot get pass the code entry so the tablet is not able to be used. Waste of money.....TWICE!!! ... show more

I am updating my original review, bought this tablet for my daughter's 4th birthday. Had this tablet for about a year. I'm now having trouble with the screen, due to the case making the tablet bow with how tight the case is. The whole bottom of the tablet now doesn't work. It doesn't respond to your finger touch because the protector is so tight that its registering it as a finger touch. So, i guess imma be doing research and find another tablet a little more expensive and hopefully we don't run into this issue again. ... show more
