I got this for a friend's boy, but I got to test it before giving it to them. The device is great for the price. The user interface is the best perk. It's so easy to set up and make sure the internet access to the child is properly managed and restricted as necessary. It has a *lot* of games included Wich are mostly focused on different learning skills (math, chem, reading, etc) and very age appropriate. Very light weight. Now, about the screen, it's a good quality screen and comes with a screen protector on. This is not by any means a led screen, rather a LCD bur it does the job. The sound would be the weak point of this device but is not really a problem, and has Bluetooth connectivity available for headphones so that's great. This tablet is very slow! It freezes up all the time and has to be restarted. It will not connect to but one Wi-Fi. It will not connect to my hotspot or any other Wi-Fi if we leave the house. It closes out of my daughter’s learning games in the middle of a game all the time. It also does not hold a charge at all either. 30 minutes and it’s dead! The touch screen does. It work good either. I read that the battery life was not good, so I looked up on Google how to maximize battery life. Once I made all the changes I read about, battery life was improved. The sound is a bit loud and the screen can't be seen clearly unless you're looking straight at it but, it works for my toddler. And the price was great. It works for my kid for now and so far it's lasted since I bought it. I did have to delete the "kids app" it comes with because it started to get pretty invasive. And I had to look up how to be able to use the in screen keyboard instead of voice to be able to look up apps I wanted to download for my toddler, like the PBS kids app. Like I mentioned in my title, it "needs work". ... show more

I have bought this tablet 4 times, we enjoyed it the first few times until my kids broke them. But when I got this last one it didn't last two months before it died. It was charging and when I went to remove it , the tablet was very hot, I removed the protective case on it and noticed the back had started to deform from the heat. I was glad that I found it when I did otherwise it would of caught on fire! The first two we had for a little over a year before my kids broke them. So they are good tablets, just want buyers to be aware of what happened this last time! ... show more

I've purchased 3 of these within the year (the last one just a couple months ago), 2/3 the screens are absolutely shattered, unusable. They have the case on them and the "screen protector". I can't find any information on how to replace the screens or what to do. It says they have a warranty, but there is no way to contact or anything. 😐 They were perfect for what we needed for the couple months they screens didn't crack. But if you have to get a new one every few months because of broken screens, it's not worth it. ... show more
