EDIT: After over a week, no refund has occurred, so now the offer appears to have been contingent on my modifying the stars in my review. EDIT: Seller offered a full refund, which is much appreciated. I still cannot recommend purchasing this tablet as per my original review. My toddler won't even use this tablet. I was hoping for a basic tablet, but this is barely functional. If it's left with a full charge without being used, it dies withing half a day. When trying to open apps it can take over a minute. Then the apps will continually freeze and essentially be nonfunctional. Even the pbskids video app takes several minutes to load, and then the videos start and stop and constantly buffer. I guess I bought a little too budget. I am not pleased. I do, however, really like the protective case. The kickstand is a really nice touch, and I would use the cover on a different tablet if it will fit.

It's a good tablet for the price, the volume does not get too loud. But for my 2.5 year old granddaughter it is perfect. She can maneuver through the screens to watch what she picks. The bumper is durable. The stand on the other hand wasn't able to take the slight pressure that our 2.5 year old granddaughter put on it went setting down. The battery leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't last long maybe 1 hour but it does charge fast. Perfect size for Littles. Easy set up and easy to set up on wifi or a got spot.

Originally I gave this a 1 star because I has so many issues with trying to set the tablet up…I had to do a factory reset many times trying to set up the kids space for my 1 year old daughter. I was in the process of returning it when the company was very quick to reach out for help. Compliments to the company! So long story short, you have to set up a main profile first & if you want to set up kids space, go into the settings and add user. It won’t let you do it without the main profile. The tablet now works amazing & my daughter loves it! I only gave a 4 star because of how difficult it was to get it to finally work. (I’m not an android user nor google email) but overall great product & my daughter is happy

The tablet is doing much better than I thought at first. I thought that having only 2 GB of RAM would make it difficult for you to move smoothly between your applications and make them run without stopping, but I was wrong, it works perfectly, even with HD video.For children it is ideal. It comes with two pre-installed applications for them, one for painting and drawing and another in which they have a multitude of games sorted by categories: mental exercise, first learning, mini games... And I like that you can put parental control on it.The cover that it incorporates is essential for this type of tablet for children, it is also a case that is resistant to falls and shocks. It comes with a practical base and a screen protector. In short, it is a tablet that goes quite well for its features and with pre-installed games and applications for the little ones in the house.
