The case is cute and works well. The tablet was purchased for messenger kids to allow child to make video calls with family. The sound doesn't work so the tablet is completely useless for our purposes. I'll be looking for a different tablet that will fit in the case. Update: I wish I could make this 0 stars. After my review, the seller reached out.... with a pdf that I had to open with "instructions" for support. The pdf had a separate email address to contact (with a .cn address...). I emailed them all of the information and details that were wrong. In response, they sent an email asking for the very same information, along with a video of the error/problem, and a picture of the code on the box (the packaging was thrown away as it seemed to be fine initially). Given the relatively cheap price, it is not worth my time to deal with this seller to try and return it for a new one.
