This is such a great tablet for a kid! It has various games, and you can add more if you like. You can also watch YouTube on it, which is a bonus! And use the internet. We have to limit tablet time (even games) with my toddler or she's obsessed with it for hours. She also seems to scratch up the surface really easily trying to draw on it (there's an app for that). It looks like there's a screen film/cover though protecting the screen which is what she's scratching (not trying to take that off!). The size is great for little hands, and the holder is great for gripping and dropping (w/o breaking). The holder also allows you to stand the tablet up (if the kid will let you lol). It's really awesome that it has a camera too!

This a great starter tablet for a toddler. You get a lot of already installed apps that cater to learning and a few for fun. It is on the smaller side. You can add restrictions if needed. It is not high in speed to responses but if you only keep the apps that came with it, it isn’t so bad.

I got this kid's tablet in the blue for gifting to either a boy or a girl. The tablet comes encased in a sturdy cushioned flexible casing, obviously designed to stand up to the rough-and-tumble use of children. There was no quick-start instructions or user's manuals included in the box, which proved bothersome when trying to get the tablet up and operational. Unfortunately, the casing is not designed to match the toggles and switches on the tablet, so it took me the better part of 20 minutes to figure out that the on/off switch was located on the top of the tablet, hidden beneath the casing with no marking or opening indicating it was there. Once I turned the tablet on, it powered up moderately fast, and I was able to connect to wi-fi with no problems and the tablet started prompting for initial set-up. Since it's intended to be given as a gift, I did not proceed with setup, and turned the tablet off. The kickstand on the back of the casing (which is a hard plastic that slides down a slot on the back of the casings and clicks into place) feels thin and flimsy, which does not inspire confidence that it will hold for long. Since I did not complete the initial setup, I am not able to attest to how the advertised parental controls and eye protection performs. Overall, this is an okay starter tablet for a small child with a computer-savvy older person to help them use it. Also having the design of the casing not line up with the toggles and switches on the tablet is inexplicable and frustrating. Given an option to examine in advance, I would have chosen a sturdier and better designed tablet, although this one will likely be adequate in a pinch for a short while.

I am not very pleased with this kids tablet. It is not expensive and you get what you pay for. The touchscreen is finicky at best and has a big area to the right that does not respond at all sometimes. There is also no 5ghz connection so the tablet is slow. Very frustrating to use comfortably. I may have gotten a defective one.
