I like all the parental/security control features it has such as setting a time limit for them to use or applications filter, I don’t have to worry about them bumping into something inappropriate - just peace of mind. It already has a good sturdy case protector for all the expected falls it will endure with a nice bright color that u can’t miss when looking for it. It’s easy to navigate and there are learning games that entertain them and develop their thinking strategy skills. I also use this tablet in my car when we take long trip for them to watch movies. The tablet is sturdy however after 2 weeks of having it , it starts to freeze and shut off even when fully charged. How do I go about a refund or replacement because this is crazy!!. My baby is unable to enjoy the tablet.
