Nice sized screen, bright colors. East to set up. Sound quality is good. Easy to turn on and off and just the volume. Reaponsive, processor speed is good. The case is super thick and sturdy and can stand up to abuse and protect the tablet. Handle is easy to hold. The only problem I had with it is after taking the tablet out of the case to take the screen protector off, it’s very hard to get back in the case. Needless to say I won’t be taking it out again! Easy to charge Overall really happy with it, exactly what I needed.

Updated to say that the seller offered to fix this a few days after my review was written, saying it's an "isolated incident," but I had already returned the items after getting help from Amazon support. I am unable to adjust my stars as BOTH products were defective. I don't have anything to prove otherwise. I purchased two of these tablets for my kids for Christmas. I purchased them on a sale so the return window has already closed and it's only a couple days after Christmas... The first time we used one of them, the screen froze and the audio kept playing. We had to restart to fix that. The second one I just spent 15 minutes trying to turn on. It was freezing on the loading screen. Overall, I'm extremely upset that I spent any kind of money on these, and it looks like I will have to use my protection plan the second day we used them. Buyers Beware!
