⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Product – Even Better Customer Service! I originally purchased this MP3 player about 6 months ago for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it from day one. The sound quality is great, the design is kid-friendly and sleek, and it quickly became her go-to device for music and audiobooks. Unfortunately, after about six months, the screen became unresponsive. I was a little disappointed at first, but decided to reach out to customer service—and I’m so glad I did! Their response was immediate and incredibly helpful. Without any hassle, they sent me a new upgraded unit—no long wait times, no hoops to jump through. The new model is even better than the original, and my daughter is thrilled. She’s back to singing along to her favorite songs and couldn’t be happier. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products like this. I’m extremely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I don't often write reviews on products, but for this one I feel I must. I recently purchased this as a gift for my son for Christmas. I was really excited for him to try it out, especially using Spotify/Spotify Kids, however, I plugged in all the appropriate account information, changed my Spotify plan to support the extra accounts so he could have his own and not take over mine. Unfortunately, it would pull up Spotify, but I couldn't toggle to his account after I signed in or a way to sign in to his account at all. Then, when I pulled up Spotify kids, it would show the albums or songs, but would say the track was unavailable FOR EVERYTHING I PRESSED. So I figured I must have gotten a lemon and I requested to swap it for a new one, which worked out great, however, I had the EXACT problem with the second one. It came in all the new wrapping and had all new products in it so I know they didn't just give me the same one. I would think it was user error, except I did get the exact one for my daughter as well, only hers was in pink and from a separate link, but same brand and all, and hers works the way it's supposed to. I don't recommend this product at all and all those problems aside, it's not really all that user friendly either.

I bought this for my child and it has been absolutely perfect. The setup was super simple, and I love that it already supports Spotify Kids, Audible, and Amazon Music. The parental controls are a HUGE plus — I can easily manage what they can access without worrying. The screen is bright and clear, and the touch response is surprisingly smooth for a kids’ device. It holds a ton of music and audiobooks, and the ability to add up to 512GB is awesome. My child has been using it nonstop for music, stories, and even the little built-in apps. It’s lightweight, portable, and durable enough for kids. Battery life has been great too — it lasts a long time before needing to charge again. Honestly, this is such a good alternative to giving them a full phone or tablet. Keeps them entertained without all the extra distractions. Highly recommend!

EDITED TO UPDATE: Luoran USA reached out via message within a few days with a fix that updated the Audible app. It fixed my complaint, updating Audible, and my daughter is able to have her Audible app back on her device. I've upped the stars on the product from two stars to four stars because I appreciated them reaching out and providing a fix that solved the issue I had. That's pretty good customer service. While I would like to see updates automatically pushed through in the future so that this issue isn't an issue, for a kids MP3 player it works for what we need and she is happy with it. Thank you again, Luoran USA. I appreciate the good customer service experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It worked fine, no complaints....until the apps started needing updated. I purchased this in July 2025 (It's now March 2026) for my daughter because she loves to listen to Audible, Libby, and Hoopla. This has two out of three installed already. Got it set up just fine, got her listening and now, eight months later, Audible won't open because it needs updated. You can't bypass it so I clicked on "update in store" and it tells me it can't because "App store isn't installed or enabled." And that's when I find out there is NO app store like google play installed on the device. I also can't go on the Chrome browser to the online play store to download it because it tells m that this player isn't compatible with the store. After a search online, I find that Google Play *could* perhaps be installed, which could then lead to apps being updated *if* I download the APK (from a trusted source) onto the device (or via USB) and go around it that way. Which I did. Which then only resulted in Chrome suddenly not working and me doing a factory reset of the whole device AGAIN. (Doing factory reset doesn't update the apps either, in case you were wondering.) I gave it two stars because it worked just fine for 8 months, but now I'm extremely annoyed at it and refuse to give it any more than that. So no updating Audible, no downloading other apps to the device, however, she can still listen to Libby and Pandora....Probably until they need updated...and then it's basically a paperweight.

I bought 3 of these for my 3 kids for Christmas. One stopped working after a minor drop a month after purchase, one no longer turns on and just won’t charge, and the third legitimately almost caused a house fire today (4 months after purchase). I smelt burning plastic and couldn’t pin point it until my son went to grab his Mp3 player and it was so hot he couldn’t hold it!! We immediately unplugged it and avoided a fire. It was only charging for about an hour, and thank goodness we were home. Buyer beware- these are total duds!
