We absolutely love this music player! The battery life is impressive—it lasts for days, even with regular use. It's super easy to connect to headphones, and my 8-year-old son had no trouble navigating the settings on his own, which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. There’s plenty of storage space for his downloaded Spotify playlists, and he especially enjoys the ability to use Google to look up songs or fun facts. After a a lot of research for a music player for my son I am so happy with this purchase. It is exactly what I needed. My main goal was to find a device that already had Spotify preloaded or at least allowed me the capability to load it to the device. We have a family Spotify account and now my son can listen to his playlist while the rest of the family can listen to their playlist. I also want to say the customer service is excellent. I accidentally forgot my parental password and I contacted customer service and they we very prompt with their response and solution to fix the issue. This is a great device for kids that are too young for a smart phone.

Did thorough research before purchasing this but wasn’t worth it. Worked efficiently for about an hour and then it drags, pandora app crashes, etc. I killed apps, reset the device, did all the things but its technology is just too old. Wouldn’t recommend. Returning this item.

This is a great little player that my kids love. They constantly use it to play music. I was able to remove extra apps that they don't need for now. The company is great to deal with, this is our second player from them and both are great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Product – Even Better Customer Service! I originally purchased this MP3 player about 6 months ago for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it from day one. The sound quality is great, the design is kid-friendly and sleek, and it quickly became her go-to device for music and audiobooks. Unfortunately, after about six months, the screen became unresponsive. I was a little disappointed at first, but decided to reach out to customer service—and I’m so glad I did! Their response was immediate and incredibly helpful. Without any hassle, they sent me a new upgraded unit—no long wait times, no hoops to jump through. The new model is even better than the original, and my daughter is thrilled. She’s back to singing along to her favorite songs and couldn’t be happier. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products like this. I’m extremely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend—both for the quality of the product and the exceptional customer support!

I purchased the one version of this product for my son and while ago. Very parent friendly and easy to navigate for kids. He accidentally locked himself out. I reached out to the company and the customer service was awesome. They were quick to get back to me and were so helpful rectifying the problem. They ultimately just sent the newer model as a replacement for free due to the older model not being made any more. Highly recommend

Decent mp3 player so far, but getting other apps downloaded was complicated to figure out- the QR code they provide doesn't work and the exact app isn't available. We found one that works but almost none will install and there's no explanation as to why so it's very frustrating. They just need to include Google Play app to do it straight from the device! Luckily my daughter will use it mostly for music and audiobooks on Libby so that at last functions well. I like that I can turn off access to certain apps.
