Something was wrong with our first one, but the company was SO helpful and responsive and immediately sent a new one. It works great and is exactly what we needed to have our son be off the iPad but be able to listen to music. Such a wonderful item! Fits in his pocket and he can connect with his older siblings on current music trends without too much screen time.

My 10 year old son has been wanting a device to listen to music on. He purchased this with his own money, and said it was "worth the cost". He uses it everyday for music and audio books. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I can't set the hours that it can be used/a daily time cap.

Did thorough research before purchasing this but wasn’t worth it. Worked efficiently for about an hour and then it drags, pandora app crashes, etc. I killed apps, reset the device, did all the things but its technology is just too old. Wouldn’t recommend. Returning this item.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Product – Even Better Customer Service! I originally purchased this MP3 player about 6 months ago for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it from day one. The sound quality is great, the design is kid-friendly and sleek, and it quickly became her go-to device for music and audiobooks. Unfortunately, after about six months, the screen became unresponsive. I was a little disappointed at first, but decided to reach out to customer service—and I’m so glad I did! Their response was immediate and incredibly helpful. Without any hassle, they sent me a new upgraded unit—no long wait times, no hoops to jump through. The new model is even better than the original, and my daughter is thrilled. She’s back to singing along to her favorite songs and couldn’t be happier. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products like this. I’m extremely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend—both for the quality of the product and the exceptional customer support!

Works well for what is essentially a small android tablet. Customer support is very responsive when it comes to questions. I was surprised to find it included a case and a screen protector which was already applied. Very thoughtful. Overall I am very happy with the quality and feature set of the mp3 player. My daughter loves the freedom of being able to explore music and I love not having to pay for another cell phone line.

Decent mp3 player so far, but getting other apps downloaded was complicated to figure out- the QR code they provide doesn't work and the exact app isn't available. We found one that works but almost none will install and there's no explanation as to why so it's very frustrating. They just need to include Google Play app to do it straight from the device! Luckily my daughter will use it mostly for music and audiobooks on Libby so that at last functions well. I like that I can turn off access to certain apps.

Purchased 2 of these to replace 2 that I had bought a few years ago. I can already tell the improvements in this model. My kids are 9 and 10 and can operate with ease. They love being able to listen to their own podcasts or music. Compatible with Lilly for Audiobooks from the library too. The volume level is good, and we can use a bluetooth speaker for more oomph. Customer service was excellent! They actually reimbursed me because the first two devices were malfunctioning.
