This was exactly as pictured and fit well considering not all shoes are made the same. I put these inside of a pair of Puma tennis shoes and they fit well but were a little wide around the heel area for the shoe. I ordered a 13-3 and cut off one size and placed them in a size 1 puma shoe and they fit lengthwise perfect. if anything, I would say they may run on the smaller size as far as length goes.
