The media could not be loaded. For the price, this really is an amazing and fun little camera for kids! I'm actually surprised just how much it does. Not only is it a camera, it also has a bunch of built-in (simple) games to play as well as an MP3 player (no earphone jack - it plays only through the internal speaker). The rear display is bright and crisp and the menus and buttons are easy to navigate - although younger kids will probably need a little coaching. There's no lag so it's fast to move around the different screens. There's not only a front camera but also a rear camera for selfies! The picture quality is what I would consider "acceptable for kids' use" but probably not what you would want to use for anything really important. When set to the 20MP (megapixel) setting, the images as displayed in the EXIF data are: 4800x3600, 24-bit, and 72 DPI. But I'm guess that for the size of the available memory (16 gb internal, cannot be changed) they use a prettty steep compression. The file size is only 870 KB. Were it not for the compression, the photos would probably be amazing! But, you wouldn't be able to store very many with on 16 gigs available. So - it seems a pretty fair compromise and the kids won't care! Video is totally acceptable as well - but for the same reasons, the 1080 HD content ultimately gets compressed quite a bit so as not to max out the memory as quickly. I took 3 short videso and a couple dozen photos and only consumed 130 megs of the memory. There are even built-in special effects - LOTS of them - including effects that insert little animals and other fun stuff in the picture - and the user gets to decide placement by moving the camera around while watching on the display panel on the rear. Batteries are built-in and rechargeable with the included USB-C cable. There's also a kid-size camera strap. All in all, I'm pretty AMAZED that they can pack so much camera into a cute little "Hello Kitty-esque" case for the price this sells for. You couldn't even buy the memory card for that! I'd guess the suitable age range to be no younger than 4 or so, and despite the compression the picture quality is going to be absolutely just fine for kids up to maybe 7 or 8. Much older than that and the "cute little kid" styling of the camera would very likely be a turn-off... just putting that out there for anyone wanting buy this as a gift for a kid or grandkid. Easily full 5 starts. I'd give it 6 if I could - it's just such a cool little camera!

This is a fun camera for a 4 year old to explore digital camera photography with an actual camera instead of a phone. The controls for the more advanced features are a little complex to figure out, which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. But, all the instructions are provided in the box as well as the cords needed to upload the photos onto a computer and charge the camera. It also comes with a removable strap. The camera came charged in the box. It was well packaged and sturdy. It would make a fantastic gift for a younger child. An older child with access to a phone camera may not enjoy it as much. The games on the camera are really old school — I think I enjoyed them a little more than the 4 year old! Playing snake was a fun throwback! Overall, a cute, fun camera: simple point and shoot. We will definitely be taking this on trips to the zoo, the park, and vacation so she can practice photography!

Okay, so my 10 year old got a camera for her birthday and my 5 year old has been chasing her around the house for a week begging to use it. There have been fights, there have been tears, there have been exhausted parents just trying to keep the peace… so we got her her own. The controls are extremely simple, she quickly learned what all the buttons do and now is perfectly happy with her “Camma”. It takes pictures that she’s thrilled with, it’s got a huge rubber case on it that has protected it from at least 20 drops and the fighting has stopped. That alone is priceless! For $10, you would be v silly not to!

We CANNOT emphasize enough how much joy this kids’ camera has brought to my daughters! The dual lenses are super fun and easy for little hands to use, and the 1080P picture quality is surprisingly good for a toddler camera. The included 16GB card gives plenty of space for all their photos and videos, and the pink design is adorable and perfect for girls. It’s durable and simple enough for my daughters at age 5 and 8, making it a fantastic gift for birthdays or holidays. Seeing their excitement every time they snap a picture is priceless!

This kids camera is so cute!! The colors are vibrant and very pretty. The camera comes with games and is very functional and sturdy! It comes with a strap and usb cord. I highly recommend!!

I got this camera for my 3 year granddaughter. The camera arrived well-packaged, is super-cute and seems very well-made. It charges via USB and took about an hour to fully charge. It is not as intuitive as I had hoped though which is why I knocked a star off for this review. It’s shown as appropriate for ages 3-11 but a three year old would have to be very precocious to be able use this camera. It took me a bit of fiddling around to figure out how to switch between functions. It has some cute picture framing and accent functions that I’m certain an older child would appreciate. My three year old needs more of a simple point and shoot camera though. I’ll hold this for her until she’s a little older. I didn’t find a flash function so it needs sufficient light for photo capture. It seems to be a solid camera for a child slightly older than 3 though.

The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing little camera for children. It has far more functionality than I was expecting for a play camera. It has front / back cameras, video, playback, 5 or so different games, and a music option. On the cameras, there is like 20+ fun different filters/frames the kids can put on the photos to have fun with! The quality of pictures isn’t the greatest, but honestly the kids don’t care about that. The size is perfect for my 4 year old, fits great in their hands to hold it with one and use the other to push the shutter button. Fits in an adults palm. It has an internal battery and a charging port which makes it nice to not have 1 more toy laying around that needs batteries changed every so often.
