  • Cute little kitchen for toddlers/preschoolers
Color: Pink & White
Very cute! My 2 and 4 year old love it! It took a little while to put together but the instructions were pretty straight forward. It seems sturdy and is a good size to fit in the corner.

  • Satan’s Setup for a great kitchen
Color: Pink & White
Okay...I’m glad I’m writing this AFTER seeing my kid play with it because I would’ve been one of those angry reviewers who had nothing good to say if I wrote this after 6 hours of assembly. I was interrupted by my toddler really often, am a sleep deprived mom, and couldn’t spread everything out on the floor because my toddler thought I wanted her to hide stuff (I realized this AFTER playing hide and seek with multiple doors. Not fun for me, but my toddler had a blast). The instructions aren’t bad, but there are soooo many steps. Like really, they couldn’t attach the handles/knobs themselves? EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE PUT TOGETHER. It’s not hard but it is super time consuming. Oh, and make sure you’re not putting the shelves on backwards or you’ll have to redo it. My thumbs hate me. Some of the pictures do not show you how things should align so you might have to go back and turn stuff. Just look ahead and align the holes correctly to save yourself some frustration. One last tip, put on the stupid but awfully cute curtain rod BEEEEFORE attaching the pink board in front of it unless you have the ability to shrink your hands. They made this one of the last steps and after hours of fighting this kitchen, having to battle it to get it on there was not a fun way to end my night. Oh, and I still can’t get the faucet into the wooden board so my toddler has to play without it until dad can do it. The holes are too small and dad strength is required to get the screws in there. Screw it. Have fun, good luck. ... show more

  • Great quality! Great quality!
Color: Pink & White
This kitchen is really great quality. I was actually surprised by how sturdy it is. Stability is A+. The instructions could be a bit clearer in some spots but overall, not bad. It definitely is a project though to set aside 4-5 hours for. I like the extra thought like the screws matching the color of the material they’re going into so it blends nicely. (There’s multiple screws I think item J that are pink white and tan, it doesn’t say in the instructions when to use which, but if you match them to the color material you’re going into you’ll have no issues. Same with the bolts, there was white and tan, but I can’t remember the item letter.) I didn’t use the Allen wrench that came with it, if you have a screwdriver with that style tip you’ll have a much easier time since the Allen wrench wouldn’t be able to fit and turn well in a couple places. I did make sure before fully tightening the clasps that the doors use to close that they lined up correctly, I had to make a couple tiny adjustments once I had the door on to that area but within the drilled holes still, no modifications necessary. That’s more of a tip - not an issue on the manufacturer at all. The accessories are adorable and I love the different pieces’ functionality. Great kitchen toy that seems like it will hold up for a long time! ... show more

  • Allie loves it!
Color: Pink & White
This was a family gift for my daughter's second birthday. It is just perfect for her. Yes it took a while to put together but all the pieces are numbered and all the screws and bolts some in a numbered blister pack so it was not horrible complicated. I love how the oven door swings open not down. The door do require a bit of force to open and close but it has never stopped our girl! It is a great height for her, she is a little on the taller side for girls her age but it would be too small for a child over 6. Her 4 year old friend has a great time playing with her in the kitchen. The Melissa and Doug cookie sheet fits in the oven perfectly! And the storage space is nice, we are far from out of space at this point. Over all I think this will be great for quite a while.Only things I don't like are the sink and the phone. Everytime you close the fridge or freezer the phone pops off it's hanger and the "clip" to hold the sink in place does not actually keep it in. She is constantly pulling it out. But those are not deal breakers. And the biggest "con" for me is the fact it uses NO batteries! Pure imagination! UPDATE: We have now had this for 4 months now. She plays with it A LOT everyday and it is holding up very well. I can't wait to see how she'll like all the little extras she'll be getting to go with it for Christmas! With use the doors have gotten easier to open and close. The oddest thing though, she likes to store her favorite blanket and bear in the microwave or fridge. Atleast we know were to look for them! ... show more

  • Great quality, cute set, much assembly (and patience) required
Color: Pink & White
This kitchen was bought for my 19mo old daughter for Christmas. This kitchen was very well priced (much less than the price at time of posting this), so we bought it as soon as we saw it. We made a comparison to the plastic kitchen sets and decided that this one had much more style, quality and beauty. It is truly a very sturdy and cute/eye-appealing piece. It did take a while to assemble (as I describe below), but that was not enough to detract too greatly from the positives of this item. Hence, I only deducted one star because I believe the quality and style of the piece and the satisfaction I got after finishing assembly and still get seeing my daughter play with it daily far outweigh the amount of time put into assembly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to, what I deemed, an overly long assembly process. The assembly has ~35 steps and took me 4-5 hours. The hardware package is a cardboard piece shrink wrapped in plastic. The cardboard has very poor perforations for each set of hardware, making it very difficult to punch them out, causing situations where multiple compartments would open and scattering and combining some hardware that looks very similar. I tried to be very careful to keep the pieces separate to make sure that, in the end, I had used all the pieces and also that I wasn't short any pieces. Other hardware packages I've seen (individual plastic packs) have been much easier to work with. The instructions were very clear and I never felt lost in the process. However, some steps seemed truly unnecessary if the manufacturer had just attached some small pieces to other pieces and packaged them that way. For example, the handles for the freezer, refrigerator, microwave and oven doors should have come pre-attached. I'm sure they could figure out some package configuration to make that happen in the existing box. Also, all the knobs that hang the pots and pans needed to be individually attached. These little things add up. One additional note is that there are slight imperfections (small chips or flakes) on several edges of painted/powder-coated surfaces (both plastic and wood). I personally don't think that this should be cause to reduce the rating, but you should beware if you are looking for that "never-chip, never-flake, dyed plastic" kitchen; this isn't it. ... show more

  • Great Kitchen!!
Color: Pink & White
I purchased this kitchen for my 18 month old daughter and she loves it. It is tall enough that she will gets years of play out if it (she is off the growth charts in height). Assembly was straight forward and instruction are clear and accurate. Plan on taking your time and spending at least two hours assembling it. I used my own tools to speed the process but there is a lot to put together and there is no rushing through it. Once assembled the kitchen is very sturdy and looks great. There were a few issues. The ladle was broken at one of the welds and the oven shelf had a crack in it. Included in the kitchen was letter from the vice president of Kid Kraft letting you know if you have any issues they want to take care it. Included on the letter is all the information about your model so they can help you. So I went to the Kid Kraft website and found the replacement parts order form. The process was incredibly easy and within 5 min I had ordered replacement parts. I never judge a product by whether everything is perfect because stuff happens period. But I do judge a product by how the company handles those issues. It is clear that Kid Kraft is committed to service after the sale. The amount of work put into the online ordering of replacement parts alone shows their commitment. I would highly recommend this kitchen. I prefer the wood construction over plastic kitchens. My daughter uses all the different parts of the kitchen: oven, frig, washing machine, etc. There is plenty if counter space which is very nice. Overall very happy. ... show more

  • 3 year old loves her new kitchen!
Color: Pink & White
Just one word for this kitchen.. CUTE! I wanted a KidKraft kitchen b/c of the brand name and the fact it is wood. I love the white and pink.. talk about girly.. this is definitely a girly kitchen just perfect for my 3 year old! We bought it.. and set it up for Christmas morning. Be prepared for a very long assembly! Took my husband 2.5 hours to assemble it (although its possible it could be done in a little over 2 hours if you have some help.. I didnt help my husband much with the assembly b/c I was setting up other things!) - So just be prepared for that.. give yourself some time! The doors are neat - they do not slam shut.. they have latches that take a little bit of pressure to open / close. I like this fact. The freezer / refrigerator has a lot of room too.. perfect for food! There is one shelf that fits in the refrigerator to. And, the oven is pretty roomy. We have the Melissa & Doug cookie set, and that whole cookie pan with all 12 cookies fits in this oven just fine! So, was very happy when I saw how big the oven was! The washer is a decent size too - bigger than some other kitchens I have seen - my daughter had one of her outfits, 2 hand towels, and some play oven mits in there.. and it still had some room! Excellent kitchen - Highly recommend this kitchen! ... show more

  • Best Kitchenette Ever
Color: Pink & White
This kitchenette is so cute! It's a bit more pricey and takes forever to put together but it's all so worth it! My daughter got this for Christmas when she was two.. And every year we have it she plays with it more. The height is perfect and my daughter loves all the little clicking knobs. She especially loves the washer and stores a lit if her aprons and dress up clothes in there. Also, when I say this thing is sturdy.. I mean it is sturdy! I swear it should be broke somewhere by now. I've caught her climbing and jumping off it. She slams the doors almost like she's trying to break it (literally.. Opens and slams shut, opens and slams shut.. Over and over and has had to be spanked for this!) It's also heavy and hard to move around, but again very sturdy cause I've had to move it myself a few times which entails lots of dragging lol. Anyway, if you're looking for a cute kitchenette to stand the test of time and rough kiddos.. This is it! ... show more
