I bought this product to go along with kitchen that I also purchased for my children. The items seem to be well made and my daughter was so excited to see it all and use them. The downside is that the spatula that came with them was broken. Therefore I gave 4 stars for durability. Accidents during packaging are normal. They quickly fixed the issue by offering for me to keep the product and gave me a 99% coupon code to ge thg a new order. Responded quickly and definitely fixed the issue.
