Wow, this table is great!! First of all, it was SO easy to put together!!! I did it alone, no problem at all! As soon as it was complete, I absolutely loved it. It is so sturdy, well made, the cushions and umbrella are just darling. So far, no stains or issues with the color on the cushions....granted Ive only had it for a few weeks. I take the umbrella down and store it inside when its not in use so it doesn't get messed up. My 3 yr old son loves his new table and always wants to eat his dinner outside now! Love it!! ***UPDATE*** So, I have now had this table for a year, and I wanted to give everyone an update! Just for reference, I took the umbrella and seat cushions inside and stored them in my basement over the winter, so they are all still in fantastic condition. The seat cushions do get dirty- but they are a good water-resistant type material that was easy to wipe down with household cleaner and a damp towel. The wood itself is sturdy, however, looking back I wish I had put a sealant on it- the wood has become totally gray from the elements. :o( It was a very cheerful orange-ish color at first, but after an East Coast winter, it has completely faded and dulled to a gray color. Now that Spring has finally spring, I pulled out the cushions and umbrella again and I have to tell you, with the cushions and everything back on, it really doesnt bother me too much that the color faded. It still looks adorable and my son LOVES going out there and having "picnics" on his very own picnic table. I just bought the matching sandbox to put in the backyard near his table- this time thought I think I will go the extra mile and paint some sealant on it to prevent it from fading so much.

Bought this for my 3yo backyard play area and she loves it. It's the perfect size for little ones to sit. (She is a tall 3yo) and it was soooo easy to put together! I did it in less then 45 minutes. The umbrella is adorable and works just like the adult ones with the pin in the hole. The fabric is thick and good quality. The smell of cedar wood is wonderful! I sit on it to watch my daughter outside at times and the little cushions are great and support my weight without a problem. I bought the matching sandbox! See my other reviews for pics! Update: 3 months later the fabric color has faded :( I guess I shouldn't have left it outside in the hot Arizona sun where temperatures are always above 100F beware... it is not "sunbrella" fabric so it will not withstand extreme weather conditions. Bring cushions indoors when not in use. Still a great table!

After doing an extensive google search for a children's outdoor set, I was very impressed to discover KidKraft's. The look of the quality far surpassed anything else I could find yet the price was very affordable. The set arrived neatly packed with extra hardware. The table and bench was easy to assemble and feels very solid. Not one leg is loose or off center. The umbrella easily slides up and down. The canvas for the umbrella and bench seats are well made. There is plenty of space for 4 children to sit down and have meals or do art and crafts. The wood is stained. The bench seats have Velcro straps to keep the seats in place. The seats and umbrella are easy to take on and off. I have been taking the seats and umbrella off when I know a big rain storm is coming. My 2 year old son loves his new table. It fits him perfectly with room to grow. His other older friends who are 6 can still easily sit down and enjoy the table. We are looking forward to many years of use with this set! Very cute table! Our toddler loves it and he will get a few years out of it. It can seat 6 toddlers. Seems like it is big enough for older kids as well. It is very sturdy and made well. There were a few dings from shipping and piece was broken off but we were able to glue it. This table is wonderful.

I purchased the table and bench set in May of 2013 for my 18 month old son. When it arrived it looked great. We put a sealer on the wood as described in the manual. After just three months both benches had cracks and the table top had many small cracks on the ends. My son probably sat on this table 5 times max. The wood is not very thick and the bench covers also get dirty very very easily, but that is to be expected when buying something that is white. We brought it in the house in July because we were afraid the wood would continue to crack more. In October (should have contacted KidKraft right away!) I sent an email to Kid Kraft explaning what I just wrote and they said...Although your 90-day warranty has expired, we will allow you to buy replacement parts!!!!!! Not happy about the quality of this product. I have purchased several other products from them and love them, but not this one!

FedEx & Amazon you rock!! Another delivery arrived early. Product is just as described. You get exactly as pictured. What an adorable table and bench set. I am NOT using mine for the outdoors...its staying in my open floor plan LR/DR so my grandchildren can be where the action is doing crafts, eating snacks, lunch whatever they want!!! Its very good looking the cushions in oatmeal match my cream and white decor. The wood is rustic but a bit refined not your typical outdoor picnic table set. It goes well with my sand washed dining room table. For outdoor use it would be great under the cover of a Lanai, but in the elements definitely give it a coat of poly. The umbrella is a market umbrella all wood peg latch and all brass fittings. A breeze to put together for someone who is handy with diagrams and bolts comes with everything needed for assembly plus extras. Packaging was just OK interiors could have been better protected for major shifting. Some dents and splintering and such, totally minor and expected...little fine sand paper whalla fixed, kinda adds to the character. I may even whitewash for a cottage look at some point. All in All.... quality item!! Grandchildren will outgrow before it breaks!
