This is going to be a big hit with my granddaughter. It’s for her 5th birthday. I was a bit worried about assembly based on some of the reviews, but it was easy and I was able to get it done in about an hour.

This is one of those “if I could give it negative stars I would” reviews. First, during assembly, on one of the wheels, the part that connected to the hub assembly (see photos) was totally warped and we had a heck of a time getting that put together. Also, a hole where the seat back was supposed to connect was also warped and not the right size, I had to literally cut a piece of the plastic out to make the connection work. My son was so excited for this on Christmas and it worked great that day. The next time he tried to use it, even though it was fully charged, it wouldn’t go more than a few feet! Amazon couldn’t exchange because it was no longer available; the company was very difficult to get ahold of. When someone finally got back to me, a new battery wasn’t available, and I’m not even sure if that’s what the problem was. So eventually we had to break it down and just return it! It is a great power wheel car for my 5 and 3 year old. They use it all the time and it drive very well on the sidewalk and in the yard (small rocks, no grass...we live in the desert). The battery life isn't the best but it does last for a decent amount of time. It takes while to charge.

It’s not a bad car but for the money I’d definitely buy a better brand. Peg perego is made so much better for around the same price. I have 3 kids and have purchased 3 peg perego brands then this one. This car is made so much cheaper. We bought for daughters 2nd birthday in May and it’s already gave me trouble with turning on and one of The bolts that makes the wheels turn fell off and has to be replaced. Bought this for Christmas and it was broken before February ended. So it has just sat in our garage for months. Going to have to spend $$$ to buy the parts to fix it. So if your husband isn’t handy like mine is, don’t buy this because it’ll just break and you won’t be able to fix it!
