Good customer service. Ordered 2, one for my daily driver and one for project truck. 1 did not work. Returned with no hassle and ordered another of the same. The bass knob adjuster is a must have if switching between music types.

Amp did not work when it was received. Return process has been great though. Amp turns on and plays at very low volume but as soon as volume is increased it goes into protection mode.
