Unit came damaged but was cosmetic and since this was my third unit I decided to keep it. The on off switch was broken so I contacted support to get someone to come out and replace it. They wouldn't send anyone out but sent me a switch for me to replace. Unit wouldn't cool below 40 so I called support. They gave me some things to adjust and it seemed to help. Now 7 months later it is not cooling again. Big problem is it won't cool below 48 now. I would not suggest buying from this company. Their so called support and warranty service is non-existent. UPDATE: the unit quit working and they told me to hire someone to fix it. Technician came and looked the unit over. Said it was very poorly built and he would contact the manufacturer about fixing it. They couldn't give him any technical information or advice about the unit. They also had none of the parts he requested to make a repair that he thought might fix the unit. The manufacturer contacted me and offered another unit or refund. Due to the advice from the expert that looked at the unit I asked for a refund. The refund was issued. I am still on the hook for the disposal of the unit as the manufacturer said they wouldn't help with that. I sent the bill from the service technician to the manufacturer and they are claiming it's too high and are refusing to pay the bill. He was here for approximately 5 hours to review and troubleshoot the unit. They built the unit with no means of checking the charge so he had to recover the charge, braze in a service port , evacuate the system and recharge it just to start troubleshooting. This company is not trustworthy and I would suggest staying away from their equipment.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased the KichKing Refrigerator for our church food ministry. The product is well made, the lighting inside is bright, the shelves are sturdy, the door seals are tight. Shelving is easily adjustable. The customer service is very easy to work with. If there is ever an issue that needs resolving- they are quick to answer and they always follow up afterwards. If I ever need to purchase another piece of equipment I would purchase from here.

Shipped VERY securely, double cardboard layered with plywood around that! Everything with shipment container unscratched. Opened it up and multiple areas of damage to stainless steel, clearly damaged at factory and shipped in this condition. Could not wait for another shipment, had to keep unit as is with ZERO compensation!
