The shelves bow with any moderately weighted items and the glass has constant condensation on it (but that’s unavoidable in Florida.). Anti-fog does help some. Otherwise it works perfectly for what we wanted and will probably buy a KoolMore again when we need it. We also have a KoolMore small glass door refrigerator and it works great as well. ... show more

Koolmore service and warranty were excellent! Had trouble with Amazon erin help. Called Koolmore customer service and warranty number and had a technician call back within 10 minutes. They kept in touch by phone and email and sent a technician to check out the unit and also assisted with telephone trouble shooting. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and quality products. Multiple emails after to check it everything was ok.
