Nice but for reason the top lid is all marked and scarred. We tried to clean it but it won't come off so we are disappointed a brand new fridge looks like a used one. This should have never been shipped and now we're stuck with it because would be huge undertaking to ship back for a new one. If there is a solution please let us know. ... show more

Packing was not damaged at all, after unpacking and taking off foam, major damage to lid and one of the doors was off the hinges and has no spring action, have not tried to turn on yet so not sure if unit is actually working
