DO NOT BUY BAD PRODUCT, HORRIBLE SELLER. Never worked from the start. Arrives without any Freon in it. After talking to customer support, they said to have a technician look at it and they would reimburse. I did, he added Freon. It worked for about a week and then stopped making ice again. It now has something else wrong with it. I told them again and went through several troubleshooting steps with no success. They offered to pay a “portion” of the repair cost. I said no, you need to cover the entire repair cost. They continued to offer lesser amounts. This process has been over a year long. Now that we are passed the one year warranty period, they are refusing to pay even the first invoice that I submitted well before a year. So now I’m out $1,500 for the machine, $350 for a repair that only worked for a week, and I have a giant piece of trash taking up space. DO NOT BUY. I know, it’s cheap and if it works great it’ll save you money. It’s not worth the risk. Just spend a little more with a reputable company. Trust me it’ll be better in the end. ... show more

THIS MACHINE ONLY WORKS WELL FOR A LITTLE WHILE. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I KNEW THE MACHINE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, I WAS ASKING FOR SOME TROUBLESHOOTING HELP. THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS AWFUL. IF YOU ARE GOING TO INVEST A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT **DON'T INVEST IN A VEVOR** HERE IS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED TO MY INQUIRY "We have received your message. Ran perfectly good for three months and just stopped ran out of Freon now they want almost as much to repair. It is what it cost for a new one.

My wife had full knee replacement surgery and I didn’t want to run out of ice ,when she got home with her cold therapy machine which uses about a bag of ice every time, which is starting to get expensive .So I did some research and decided to purchase this monster. And this beast definitely won’t disappoint ,and after she’s done using her therapy machine. We will have a outdoor kitchen ice maker that will keep all our refreshments cold ! ... show more

This machine does not work and communication with the seller is horrible. I have asked for a full refund and return of the product and can't get anything resolved. The only time I get a response is in the middle of the night and then it is another 24 hours before I get anything else. They tried to refund $100 and I said no, so they tried $200.
