The motor on this runs so much quieter than my cheap nail drill that I got here on Amazon. I know people say it doesn't make noise until you turn it all the way up or until you're filing...it does. Its just quieter than most other efiles that you can find easily for under 100 bucks. 1st, for anyone having issues with removing the drill bit, this handle locks in both the lock and unlock position. If you don't have it locked on the unlock icon, it won't release the drill bit. On other efiles I have, it releases as soon as you turn it off the lock setting, but for this, you have to keep rotating until it clicks. I'm guessing this is a safety issue, and really isn't a big deal when you get used to it. The handle on this is much heavier than my other efile, but this is more stabilizing. It's not so heavy that it will be cumbersome, but its heavy enough to feel like they really put some work into it. This is definitely expensive, and is single handedly the most expensive piece I've purchased yet for doing my own nails, but I feel like its a worthwhile investment as a good file helps reduce how long it takes to shape or even remove old nails. I'm keeping my old one as a back up, but I've been so interested in Kiara Sky's drill for this whole year. I'm really glad I took the plunge and got it.

This is the 2nd drill that I bought from the boutique. The first drill overheated, shook and made a "klonking" like if something was stuck in the motor. I tried to contact the seller and Amazon without success. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix it. I needed an efile to work with. It finally died on my during the busiest time for a nail technician, Christmas!. So I decided to get one. Seeing that Amazon ( The Boutique) is the quickest way for me to get a new drill and still provide an excellent service to clients, I decided to go with them again. However, on use of this drill it proceeded to vibrate so violently it jumped out of my hand. It made the " klonking" noise as well. I immediately contacted Amazon. They stated i had to return the item. Oh! Should mention i live in beautiful barbados. It's practically impossible for me to return an item. I would have to pay for a ticket, fly to a country in the USA to return this item. Highly improbable and financially not possible at this time. So, after frustrating conversations something was done. However, I'm stuck with a malfunctioning drill. So The Boutique.. what do I do? Do you check your equipment? Do you hate me or something? How can it be manufactures error if I'm the only one getting the defective efile? Please do better.

Después de usar una máquina económica que me duró 4 meses por que estaba comenzando en este mundo de las uñas pero me quedé sin máquina , procedí a buscar por esta marca busque mucho ya sea mía o Kiara definitivamente me me decidí por esta marca si costó pero dije vale la pena invertir igual la voy usar . Muy bonita cómoda no hace ruidos y todo. pero tuve problemas al Momento de usarla , coloco la broca y cuando aumento la intensidad y al Usarla en el cliente sacando ya sea el gel o quitando el acrílico comienza a brincar es como que se traba como si quisiera salirse la broca y por dos ocasiones se calentó muy fuerte creo no son universales para cualquier broca o talvez estoy equivocada pero mi amiga q ella ya trabaja año por un momento me pidió para usarla y definitivamente también con sus brocas sucedió igual entonces lamentablemente la devolveré

The media could not be loaded. I love this nail drill, it’s super easy to use , it came well packaged everything in it was super secure, it comes with holders for everything and even came with a nail bit! It’s super sleek and shiny and I love the pink! This drill is so quiet compared to other ones I’ve used. It isn’t loud and obnoxious like ones I’ve had in the past! Super quiet in my opinion! It’s great !

This drill looks beautiful however it is absolute junk. I have had the Young Nails drill for about 4 years now and the hand piece finally stopped working. I had done research in the past and kiara sky was always my second drill choice. I got the drill, turned it on and instantly noticed a clanking sounds in the drill. It sounded like something was stuck. It kind of went away, I used the drill to remove a set. It really wasn't preforming like i had imagined it would and definitely not anywhere near my Young nails drill. I finally opened the hand piece and a very small very thin piece of copper metal that was broken in pieces fell out! It also does not have the power i am used to. I am having to use twice the RPMS that I normally would and even then, it seems like the bit wants to stop when using it. I am so behind upset that I spent SO much money on this drill. Do not waste your money!

My first using it this past weekend. I love it. Very quiet. Easy to maneuver. It's light weight. It's a beautiful color and the battery charged quickly. You get the bang for your buck with this one.

I definitely enjoy using this and the best thing is it’s really smooth and not at all noisy as some drills. My last drill was a little larger in width and noisy. I have small hands so this is perfect. I love the convince of wireless.
