It arrived vacuum sealed, and the white terry cloth on the inside shed a bit when I tried it on, there were some loose threads around the seams, plus it had an unpleasant odor. I immediately washed it, by itself, with detergent and fabric softener, the odor and shedding were gone, and I trimmed the loose threads. I’m 5'4" and 170 lbs. with an even weight distribution, so I can wear sizes medium to large or 12 to 14. The fit is one size fits all but maybe to an 1X, if you're looking for something loose. The color is a bit muted, not vibrant like pictured, but I bought it to wear to my water aerobics class, from the car to the building, and I'm happy with it. I really like the fun print and loose fit; it hangs just above my knees, is comfortable and roomy over my swimsuit. If you want something that does the job while looking fun, this is a smart choice.     • Cute but head opening too small

I admit I have a big Irish head, but I think this would be a tight fit for anyone. I've worn it a few times but I always struggle to get it on. It should have a wide enough opening to just drop it on, but I always have to tug at it. Nice absorbent fabric, cute tie dye. But disappointing purchase.

Love that the colors are as bright as in the photos. It is really comfortable and is nice and roomy. Perfect for using on cruises or any swimming pool or event. Care is very easy. Definitely wash it, as recommended, before wearing it. It nicely blocks bright sunlight when it’s hot and is cozy if you’re chilled after getting out of the water or just to block the wind. Love how roomy it is, (I’m 5’3”)and that it has a hood! Specially, on a windy day when I’m a little chilly getting out, this will be perfect! It’s a little heavier than I thought which is just fine it’s a little Terry-microfiber-ish it might feel weird on the outside, since it does say it is Terry material but it is an itchy and I’m not wearing it inside out, so I don’t really care that much like some people have said. I haven’t washed it yet. I probably will wash it with my delicate things not with my towels. Looking forward to taking it on vacation with me! ... show more

Material is very thin and not very soft but the biggest problem is the size. There is no way this would fit a 6x maybe a 4x if you wanted it to be tight but nothing like in the pictures. I will be returning it and looking for something else.
