Everything packed easily and came out of the suitcase mostly unwrinkled, only a couple of items needing a little touch up with an iron. That made it totally worth it. I used to spend hours ironing dress clothes when I traveled, but not anymore. The quality is good. Some of the inside zippers could be better, but worked fine for me. The description of the produce says that it "includes two removeable hooks" for hanging the bag in a closet. They are either missing or very well hidden. How do I get them? (Sorry about the one star. I really like the bag except for the missing hooks.)

This is a great product! I bought one and liked it so much that I bought another for my wife. The wheels and handle makes this bag significantly better than a standard garment bag. Four stars because the zipper design could use a little work. They are difficult to zip around the upper corners, which is necessary to unfold it.
