I'll start by saying the material is really good quality. But with that said, I really wanted to love this. This thing is absolutely massive. It's incredibly long, and is not flattering for my apple body type. It just looks like a mumu/bathrobe on me. I tried tying two of the flowy parts of the "skirt" together to try and cinch it up, but it looks really weird. I'm sure it would look much better with a belt but I don't have the time to get one before the event I bought it for. If you're curvy, you will probably need a belt to make this more flattering because it is not on its own. ... show more

This is a beautiful cover up kimono. I purchased it to go over a dress that I also purchased from Amazon and it complimented it well. I have received many compliments on it. I was afraid It may be too long for me because I am just 5’2” but it wasn’t. It came just a few inches above my ankle, which was perfect for me. It is exactly what I was looking for. I have washed it on delicate cycle and put it in the dryer on low setting for a few minutes and let it hang after I got it out of the dryer. It washed and dried well, but my only complaint is that there a still a few wrinkles in it., otherwise it is great. I would recommend this kimono and I am happy with my purchase ... show more

This is so flowy and pretty and feels nice. It will be a perfect layer for dresses for me. It is really big and flowy as intended so if you want a fitted look this is not the style. It is exactly what I wanted and the material is very nice.
