My husband was finally able to install this lock to our back door and I absolutely love it though not perfectly installed due to the way our door is. The quality is great and it was somewhat easy to install - mostly because there were a lot of extra pieces that came with it. There are also sharp pieces so be careful with installation. Quite honestly, this could also just be for my husband who is not the most handy with certain things. Anyhoo, It comes with two small key cards and a set of keys, and you can also set fingerprints and door codes once you download the app. It was the app that made me not too thrilled (like temporary codes for visitors/tenants to use). It has a cost for some additional features. It is not cheap either and I am still not certain if it is a one-time cost or if it is per the codes you use when temporary. I didn't take any stars away since it does have a lot of unpaid features I like. The app is pretty user-friendly for locking and unlocking the door. Again, I am not there yet where I want to pay for any upgraded features. I do highly recommend it as it a really secure lock for the door. We still use our bolt lock at night though.

This smart door lock seemed like a good idea but doesn't quite work like it's supposed to. It didn't fit properly on my door and the fingerprint sensor didn't work right either.

So this door knob so far has worked flawlessly it requires u to download a free app to program everything but the app so far has worked as it should this allows you to program multiple different fingerprints, digital codes,as well as allowing you to unlock using your phone it also comes with 2 keys,2 key cards .So the app was very easy to figure out an worked well an it automatically locks itself which I like this feature an it isn't a problem since all u need is your fingerprint or digital code to get back in . One warning is that if u have a deadbolt u will have to move your deadbolt to bottom an knob on top since there is probably not enough room between the 2 for the deadbolt to remain above but this was not a problem for me an outside this slight modification the installation was pretty simple so overall I would definitely recommend this since it has a lot of modern features an is alot easier/quicker to access than using a key an if u have wifi it has several other features allowing you to unlock it using Alexa,etc. I imagine these features work as well as everything else however we live back in the mountains an currently dont have wifi but everything has worked flawlessly jus using the bluetooth feature using our phones

Hardware installation was very straight forward in a door with standard pre-drilled holes. You must have a phone to set the locking/unlocking feature up. The software is clunky and requires you to set up an account. As an aside, I'm tired of needing a new account for every thing. Once installed, the software gives you many options for managing and unlocking the lock. Since there are so many options, the software is a bit overboard with choices for settings. This is both good and bad, it allows you to finely control who and when people can enter. But, it takes time to get it all set up. My last digital lock was very simple, granted it only allowed codes. One complaint with the lock is that you cannot see from either inside or outside if it is locked, you have to try the handle or use the app to check. It's great not having to have my keys to go out on a walk or run. I like the lock, but could have used something simpler.

Most keypad locks like this are also deadbolts, this one is not, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't for you. This is a great exterior handle lock with a fingerprint reader, numeric code entry, key fob, or old fashioned key entry. installation was easy enough as a replacement, and setup in the app is straightforward. The only setup thing to look out for is, if you have an issue with it reading a fingerprint, just enter that fingerprint again under a second entry so it's in there twice. Problem solved. The only thing this lock doesn't have, besides not being a deadbolt, is wifi connectivity. It only works on your app by bluetooth, so you need to be close for the app to do anything. It's a good little lock with a handle and all the fancy (almost) bells and whistles

This appears to be a well-made product. I am happy with the appearance and packaging. I don't know if it is as secure as a typical outdoor lock, but it is a convenient product. I think this would be especially useful on inner doors in a building or house.

-you can install it under a dead bolt because it is too big. -if it rains, and the lock is wet the fingerprint scanner wont work. -you need extra equipment to make it work via WIFI - so they kinda misrepresented the lock -Blu-tooth works but the App is really bad, clunky and unfinished

This uses the TTLock software which has more options and configurations that you could every possibly needs. As for the lock, it was a simple install that took about 20 mins to remove the old lock and pop this one in. The instructions and very straight forward and they have QR codes that take you to videos etc. Once the lock was install. I was able to add it very quickly to TTLock and register my finger print, passcode and register the provided smart key. The only thing that could do with a little improvement is the covering for the manual keyhole. Its so well fitted to the handle its actually difficult to remove. In the manual it looks like you push on it and it should popup / out but it doesn't its held in place by some small magnets. But, hopefully, I'll never need to use the key as it has a USB C connector on the bottom for power. However there is no rubber plug on this connector. Its open to the elements, so hopefully that doesn't rust out become a home for a spider or something that prevents it work when you need it.
