I'm very satisfied with this purchase. This Smart Lock has all the feature advertised such as a pretty good app that you can download to control this lock remotely [Totally didn't used when I dropped my keys down the sewer drain]. And it has a smooth fingerprint system that the min I touch my finger tip it unlocks the door and it also has a simple passcode system that you can set up your own passcode at anytime, but only with the app you can change the password. Now for the password you can also randomly generate a password [Just in case have a robber who figured out your password; just use random password generator and the robber can't get in]. And the second to last feature is that if you dropped your phone out of a car [Like me] or you lost it no worry's because you can still get in to your home with the keycard that you put in front of the Smart Lock [Its also called key fob unlocking] and finally if you have a key or your like me and found you key back [It was in the ocean when I went on vacation at the beach. Its a little rusty, but it works] then you can insert that majestic key in to the mechanical lock of the Smart Lock and open your house as normal as if it wasn't even a Smart Lock. Anyways that is why I recommend this door lock as a reliable and a product that will let you in to the house in almost anyway possible. So buy this product and protect your house from all robbers. It worths the price. Very easy to install. It only took around 20 minutes to install it and also easy to set up. Just follow the app instructions, you can set it up in a few minutes. Installation was super easy. I followed the instructions in the video posted on the Amazon listing, and there were no hiccups. I registered all the options to unlock the door and all worked flawlessly. The only minor gripe is the absence of a physical lock button in the inside lever. The only way, I found, to physically lock the door without the app, if auto lock is disabled, is from outside by pressing and holding the checkmark button. So far, I’m happy with it. ... show more

Very easy to use! Can track everything from the phone. Also you have many options to enter the room. Can open the door with your fingerprint, passcode and card provided. I still have to play around with the device. Still trying to figure out how to access the lock outside the house.
