I totally love everything about this bed but the one and only thing that I do not like about this bed is that in the very center of the headboard the frame surrounding the LED pixie glass and lights. The stitching's around it are good but the problem is that there's too much signs here of very little care when it came to this. it doesn't look straight it looks kind of ridged and bumpy all on the insides surrounding the light because of the new Postrio underneath the leather. As I rub my fingers are crossed and feel I can tell a lot of it is definitely out of place and there's even a hard bump on one spot whatever that is. I just set the bed up took me an hour and I didn’t even use my power hun. But I can’t get the lights to work I’m bummed. I connected it to Bluetooth plugged it in with USB. What does the “H” cord do is that like an antenna?! I love how low it is that’s why I bought it so my little Yorkie can jump up on it! Still might be too high once I get the mattress on it and the LIGHTS! Any tips let me know thanks!!

My favorite thing was the customer service. One piece (of many, many pieces) was damaged. I reached out to the seller, they got back to me right away and got to work figuring out how to send one piece. It took a while to get here but it did! That being said, this bed is pretty much as pictured. I thought for sure we were missing a box, because it didn't seem like enough room for everything, but it was all there. Kid loves it, and we're very happy.

I got two of these for my kids not only did the company not send on of they and tried to say they delivered it and I proved that they only sent one but the wood is very thin in the middle the screws where uneven to where they need to line up the middle bottom bar broke and still waiting for replacement for the feet the good thing was the fact it lights up and is way to low to the ground

Pretty good product for the price. I was able to put it together with my wife helping in about 2 hours. The only thing is be careful of the parts label. They fall off the parts, and you might not be able to know which part is which. The only one thing that I was disappointed is that the headboard is too small, as to not that tall. We have a 14" mattress, and that covers the headboard almost completely especially after the pillows go there. So, the lights, which is one of the most attractive part of the bedframe is hidden behind the pillows. Other than that, fairly good product. We have not used to sleep on it yet as it is in our guest bedroom. Lets see how long they last without the frames giving away. But so far, I like it.

The media could not be loaded. Package arrived damaged but nothing was damaged inside except 2 little dots as pictured in my ref photos at the bottom of the headboard not a problem becuase it is hidden.. I believe reviews with bad instructions or how long it took is stupid, if you are having a tuff time then it's you not the instructions, call a pro cuz clearly you are not cut out for it, I installed it while I was high as a kite with in 30mns ofcource using a drill. When you get to step 8 as you lay the wood brackets down and bolt em to the center then you have to secure outer edges with screws, MAKE SURE you are pushing in from outer edge to flush the planks with the inner frame prior to securing screws so it sits flush. Only part slightly hard to install, if you are installing by your self is the head board-took me like 5mns but if you have someone helping you hold it, it can be secured within 1minute. Do not over tighten or you may end up braking/cracking stuff. NOW over all I like the bed though it sits very low but I have little kids so that is not a concern. Parts feel lite and cheap but only time will tell how long they last though it says it can handle upto 900 pounds. I like the led lighting though I won't be using it as much( some what of an entertainment). It is pretty sturdy and can't go wrong for the price, mine is king size main reason i bought this bed frame. Product is as pictured except it looks alittle higher in presentation pictures. Overall I am satisfied. Will update if something goes wrong. Recommend buy if you thinking about it. (See my uploaded video) for finish product details.
