I LOVE IT! For the price, it's amazing! Easy to install for all you ladies out there. I can't afford to hire a handy man & I got a bit nervous when I first read the Installation Instructions, ( I really wanted to hire a handy man to install this for me) but I didn't and I DID IT! It's easy, very nice hardware & affordable. The App was a bit tricky, only because it wouldn't pair with my cell phone immediately. That was my fault. I suggest when pairing, don't add the device manually, it will pop up as it's scanning. The programming for fingerprint and key pad code was simple & overall it's a very user friendly App. I would by more if I had more doors!

The deadbolt is great. Had issues with lever, it continued to loosen and pop off. But replacement was inexpensive. Even with this issue, this was a good deal.

We bought this once we moved into our new house. Love all of the entry features. I haven't had to pull my key out once since we installed it. Installation was easy. Did it myself in about 15 minutes.

The media could not be loaded. This lock arrived on time and is used for my residence. It has a very good build quality with metal casing. The fitment is good for the existing lock hook. It is easily connected with my phone via Bluetooth. The fingerprint reader is quite sensitive and provide quick access together with keypad for passcode. Not sure about the battery life. Note that it does not come with batteries.

Complete junk, do not waste your money. Instructions are very vague and unclear on the different steps. Won't stay connected to Bluetooth. App is also very confusing and doesn't send any notifications unless you pay for the service. I'm sending this one back and if I can't then it will go in the trash. Customer service is nonexistent. It does work fine with the key but then what is the point.

It’s a cool idea but doesn’t really work. The finger recognition worked at first but then randomly stopped working. The code seems to work during the day but when I come home after working a late night bar shift, it conveniently stops working and I get locked out of my house 🫠 thank god there’s a key too. Not worth the money. Just spend a little bit more for a better one
