I have tried a few different locks and this is one of the better finger readers. Most work right out of the box but after a while or when it gets cold it never wants to read your finger print. I have not had that problem with this yet. Now it has not gotten really cold yet but it is coming. Installation is super easy and just like any lock. The key pad is nice and lights up well. The app I have not had any issues with also. Easy to program also with a couple different ways in doing so. Everything you would want in a lock and when winter hits I will know if the durability is also there.

This smart lock has made daily life much easier. The fingerprint scanner is quick and responsive, and it unlocks the door almost instantly. I like having multiple options for entry, whether it’s the fingerprint, keypad, key, or app. It gives me flexibility, and I don’t have to worry about forgetting my keys anymore. Installation was straightforward, and I was able to set it up without calling a locksmith. The instructions were clear enough, and the handle feels sturdy once everything is in place. It looks modern on the door, and the silver finish blends in nicely with the rest of the hardware. One of my favorite features is the auto-lock. It’s reassuring to know the door locks itself when I leave, which removes the “Did I lock the door?” worry. The keypad lights up, which makes it easy to use at night. That said, the battery life could be better. After a couple of months, I’ve already had to replace them once. Also, the fingerprint sensor works most of the time, but occasionally it takes two tries before it recognizes. Not a huge issue, but worth noting. Overall, this lock is a solid step up from a traditional deadbolt. It offers a good balance of convenience and security, with just a few minor quirks that could be improved.
