My son has the Atctic Pro Gaming headset and it stopped working in less than a year. He was frustrated because first the mute would not work and then eventually his friends could not hear him anymore. He wanted to use his savings to buy another gaming headset, like they were so cheap (at least good quality ones). He had other inexpensive sets that broke fast, sound quality wasn’t great, etc, complete waist of money. So we finally decided to buy good quality ones, but when it stopped working in less than a year it was sooo frustrating. However I told my son we should try buying just a replacement cable first to avoid spending a lot of money from his savings. Considering the reviews, we bought this one (he paid, I ordered them). It took almos three weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait. Headset back to working normally including the mute option. We are happy with this buy. The media could not be loaded. The cable is of a pretty decent quality, price is really good aswell and it's got the length that the original cable doesn't have, which comes really handy when you had to stay extremely close to the computer due the original one not being long enough. 10/10 would recommend Added a video for reference ... show more

I was having issues with the original cable for my Arctis 3 (the audio would cut out if the cord wasn't positioned a certain way), so I got this as a replacement. Nice braided cable, longer than the original, connections fit the headset and my Xbox One controller perfectly. My cross-platform squad on COD immediately noticed a difference, and I wasn't having to re-position the cord every five minutes. Great cable! ... show more

I needed a replacement cable for the Arctis 3 Bluetooth, specifically. That headset allows you to listen to audio through the 3.5mm jack and bluetooth simultaneously, which is great for streaming podcasts from your phone while playing console games. This cable works, but it doesn't allow for simultaneous audio like the original did. If I turn on the bluetooth, the wired audio cuts out. That I can forgive, though, because SteelSeries surely did something weird with their original cable, and KeyEntre does not advertise this cable for the Arctis 3 Bluetooth edition, specifically. The other issue, however, is that my overall volume is lower with this cable, by at least 30%. It's not like I can't hear my games, but it's definitely quieter than it was before. Music at maximum volume from my phone or laptop is pretty soft. I suppose this could also be a quirk with the Arctis 3 Bluetooth vs other SteelSeries headsets, but it is disappointing. If you have the same headset as me, I'd recommend getting the official SteelSeries cable, if it's ever really in stock. ... show more

Amazing buy. Our old Artis3 Bluetooth headset wire chipped at the plug over time. We purchased this cord, and let me tell you that it makes the headset sound like the original cable that came with. They wire is coded so it makes it a more durable. Fast shipping and delivery. We have an the Artis3 Bluetooth headset it worked perfectly with it. Definitely would recommend it :) ... show more

The SteelSeries Arctis replacement cable works as advertised, however, the digital connection to the headset is not well manufactured and is loose, does not fit tightly into slot. I have NOT run into audio issues as a result, but I would have liked a tight, non-wobbly connection. I have found the OEM SteelSeries Arctis cable did cause audio issues (fading, audio cut out) due to the 2 part connection. This replacement cable resolved the issue. ... show more

I own the Arctis Pro + GameDAC. My problem was that I could not use my headset with the Oculus Quest 2 because the GameDAC plugs into the PC via USB. The cable the goes from the headset to the GameDAC is not a 3.5mm either. Long story short I can now remove the original cable and plug this one in to use with any device with a 3.5mm input which I couldn’t do before. The LED lights won’t light up though, oh well. ... show more
