This couch is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something firm and supportive that was also long enough for me if I wanted to lay across. So many couches on the market are too soft and collapse when I sit on them. Not this couch, it's perfect for me I'm about 200# and I find this one of the more comfortable couches I've had. Women like how it looks and also comment that it's very comfortable even though they are lighter @ 120-130#. Quality is nice, cushions are thick and looks great in my modern open living room/kitchen. On top of all of this, my ottoman arrived damaged because U.S. Customs had cut open the box with a box cutter, puncturing the plastic bag and ruining the ottoman. It was disappointing that US Customs wasn't more careful and opened the box the right way. I contacted the seller and they simply asked for the pictures and sent me a new ottoman replacement. Excellent customer service and friendly. Delivery from order to receiving was about 3 to 4 days. Couch was a great price for the quality! However I was hoping it would be more wide. The couch is skinny and could not fit a large or tall person. Along with this, its very hard. Not very comfortable, but I’m hoping that gets better with time! Overall, don’t buy if you are over 6ft tall or weight over 250lbs, because the depth is quite skinny! I did a ton of research before buying this. It arrived early, was easy to put together. I love the look and the storage. I love that it’s firm but comfortable. I love everything about this BUT the fabric was pilling right away and hasn’t stopped. It is so frustrating because it now looks terrible.
