Love love love. It’s a beautiful gray color and matched my kitchen perfectly. It’s slim so easily fits on my counter and looks nice enough to stay out (unlike my husband’s air fryer ;-) I found this incredibly easy to set up and use. My coffee tastes great, but I make according to the coffee’s suggestions ... I found my Starbucks brand tastes better at 8oz (which the box recommends)... or I can choose “strong” brew option on machine (which helps add the flavor back). The Dunkin Donuts box doesn’t have a suggestion, and will make a good tasting 10 oz cup. That would be my suggestion when making coffee with this machine... it’s a good machine, but the coffee you use is important component to how your coffee will taste! ... show more

I absolutely adore the color of this keurig K200! I had been shopping for the perfect color for my camper for the past year when I found this 1. It was delivered right on time. Packaged perfect and all pieces were included. It has a 40oz reservoir and is touch screen. It does make a little noise when it’s pulling the water in to make a cup of coffee but it’s not terrible. I thought I had done really good research before purchasing this Keurig, so when it arrived I was a little bummed to find that I could not program it to turn on in the morning. Not a huge deal at all, but I would have probably chosen a different model had I known that. Other wise it works perfect

the color is gorgeous and fits very well in my house. the design is great and it's easy to use. took 5 minutes to set up and has been working great! fully recommend!!

    • A great space saver
This machine works great and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I love the look, a nice change from basic black. I thought it would come with a carafe, but it does not. That’s fine because I have little use for the carafe. Showing the carafe in the pictures is deceiving. I still love it.

    • I have to brew it twice to fill a normal cup.
The water container needs refilling before it's even empty. I still had over an 1 1/2" of water left, but it makes me add water. Also, the largest amount it will pour at a time is 10 ounces. I have to brew it twice, just to get a nice normal sized cup of coffee. I like my other Keurig maker, but hate this one. Two good things about it...1. Looks good 2. It brews nice and hot ... show more

    • Malfunction
I originally bought this coffee pot for my mother this past mothers day (about two months ago), and she loved it. For awhile it worked great, she said it does seem to use a lot of water though (more then mine which is the larger touch screen one) but other then that she had no complaints and was very pleased with it. However, recently the computer in it has not worked, resulting in just a blank screen that does not let her select anything. She has tried everything from clicking on the screen to try to reset it (and hope she clicks the right thing), she has unplugged it over night, she has unplugged then 5 mins later plugged it back in. Unplugging it overnight seemed to help at first, it allowed her to select 10 oz coffee and then she opened and re-shut the lid to select another 4 oz and the screen when blank once more and has been that way ever since.. For a coffee pot this expensive I expected way more. We are both very unhappy. ... show more

I have been very unhappy with this Keurig. Water gathers on the top lid so it drips all over when you want to fill it. It doesn’t make a 12 oz cup but the 10 oz is definitely short. I’ve had several Keurigs at home and at work without these problems. I wish I could return this but it took me too long to realize the deficits were permanent. I assumed the machine would get it’s “groove” on but it never did. ... show more
