This item is no good, don't buy this. My frother never worked and I sent a message and they never bothered to fix the problem.

This is the second one of this model that we have purchase. The first one lasted about a year and we really enjoyed it but seems like a product should last longer than a year. Purchased another one and it lasted just a couple weeks. Everything we did to try to solve the problem didn’t work, it’s unable to make coffee, it’s cycling through the heating cycle, hardly any water is coming out even though it’s not clogged, you put in 10 ounces and you get out 2 ounces. I had to go to a store and buy a different coffee pot and in the meantime I’m trying to work with the seller on getting my money back and I’ll send back the defective coffee maker, but their solution of the problem was to send me a 25% refund on a piece of junk that I have to throw away. I think I pay $97 for it so I would be out almost $70 for some thing. I just bought a couple of weeks ago. I’m just wondering if this was some thing used already broken that they sent me or if they just don’t stand behind their product but I’m having difficulties getting my money back. Why the seller would think it be OK just to give me 25% back on a broken item after just a couple weeks boggles my mind, and it’s a wonder they’re still in business if that’s the way they treat their customers. Plus, I don’t know why Kuirigs are so popular, every person I’ve known that has bought one has regretted that decision as they last, maybe a year . I suppose maybe they’re designed that way so they can keep people buying cure eggs. That’s too bad because I like the design of this machine that you can put in reservoir water and not have to keep filling it, and you could make a choice of four different sizes plus an espresso shot. And we never use the foamer but it’s a nice addition to be able to make lattes with the foam or on the side. I believe we used it on the first model. We had used it originally, but it stopped working too, and we had to buy a foamer that was a separate one. So basically, this machine is a piece of junk . Do I sound like a disgruntled customer, absolutely. Sell me a product that only lasts a couple weeks and then refusing to give me my money back has not made me a happy customer. And having gone through two of these machines in two years tells me the product Was a piece of junk to begin with. I will never buy another Keurig. Start to look at some different brands that maybe are a little better made and last longer than a couple of weeks.

After trying several pod machines, found out that Keurig original brew the best tasting coffee for us. Easy tonuse, it gets us coffee really quick. Great brewing every time.

This is my second Keurig coffee maker. Old one lasted 8 years. I like the new model as it is a little smaller so takes up less space on the counter. I am not as happy with the water storage which is not on the back rather than on the side of the unit -making it more difficult to fill. This model has a frother (main reason for replacing my old model). Unit is easy to use and makes nice froth and heated milk. I do not like than you cannot make a cup of coffer and froth at the same time, and having to clean frother between cup is time consuming so I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. All in all I like this model but it does take longer to make a cup with froth especially if you have guests.

Love my new Keurig Latte. I bought it to make chai lattes and it’s great! They come out consistent every time, unlike when I buy vanilla chai lattes from different DD’s. I haven’t figured out how to make a larger latte than 8oz. . The cup on the side that holds the milk only allows you to fill it half way and it’s already already small. The cup is regular, but area for mild is about. 1/4 of the cup. How do you make larger lattes without just doing 2 batches?
