I ordered four of these. They are easy enough to assemble. They look nice enough. They are hard plastic. They feel a little cheap and flimsy, I thought they would be a better product for the price. One of the packages is missing vital parts to assemble. I contacted support and they said they don’t have any replacement parts, to check back in 30-60 days. I thought this is kind of a lame situation. I would like a refund or replacement of the whole unit. 30-60 days to check back and see if they have replacement parts? First, we did not receive one of the back pieces, which is why we deleted one star on the rating. Upon notification, the manufacturer sent one which we received 5 days later. The unit was fairly easy to assemble, with clearly marked parts and a good diagram and assembly instructions. Upon completion, the unit is quite sturdy (for resin), and holds all our paint cans, household tools and car supplies without any problem. And there is no chance of it rusting in time! We are very pleased and now have two of these units, one for extra canned goods. Our garage is far roomier and neater, plus we can always find exactly what we are looking for...thank you, Keter! ... show more

The description says "steel", which is why I bought it. I did not want a plastic storage cabinet for the garage. IT IS NOT STEEL. I was very upset to find that it wasn't. Gavit it 2 stars because it doesn't look bad.... My husband wanted to keep it and so I did, but Iam not satisfied.

There are special drilled hole with caps that were missing on one panel. Hired someone to travel 30 miles to assemble it for me (we are elderly) he had to leave because I had to reorder another panel. The installation will cost more that the cabinet since he has to come back. The cabinet is very flimsy and poor quality. ... show more

I have purchased this cabinet to use in my garage, replacing an old one I had. This cabinet is twice the capacity loading and much bigger size. It was so easy to assemble, very clear instructions, it took me 35min to get it done. This one has many features, like adjustable shelves, balancing feet to stabilized on an unbalanced floor.
