These sleek modern patio lounge chairs came in perfect condition, well-packaged, and on time! Not only are they beautiful, but comfortable and easy to set up (no assembly required, just unfold the legs from beneath the seat). Read some negative reviews about them being not truly woven and breaking easily, but woven ones also break just as easily if not more, especially after sun exposure. For the price these chairs come at, I say it's better to replace these than to replace woven ones that cost over a thousand dollars should they eventually become brittle after long term outdoor exposure. Every piece of furniture ordered online should come like these ones!! I've ordered almost all of the new furniture for our new home on Amazon, but more often than not, they come damaged due to shipping and handling. Buyer beware (grin). I'm gradually taking these off the market because I love them so much. Have 6 now. Absolutely love these ! Don't forget to order the center stand that raises up to allow for some ice and a few bubblies :-) So where do I start. I live in Scottsdale Arizona. Bought to for our home here, loved the resort quality look and feel - light weight yet sturdy. Big smile. So I bought another two for our vacation home up in the mountains. Bam! GREAT PRICE ! What's great about these diddys is that you do NOT need a cushion that can blow away or get filled with rain,snow or ice. Perfect ! So the story goes on. After two that arrived down here in Scottsdale, and the two I bought for the Cabin, I went out on a limb and bought another set . Why? Because the cost is awesome and we have family in town. So...... my family has ordered their own sets for their own yards etc. Expect another 12 to fly off the shelves. Absolutely love these ! ... show more

Horrid. We have owned a set of these for years and they were great. But they did fade over time and eventually wore out so we decided to buy more. The second batch arrived and one broke instantly but because I waited a month to unbox it before summer it was out of warranty and they refused to work with me. Decided to give it one more chance owning the fact that it was my fault the first time, although they should have lasted longe. We ordered two more just this last month. Needed then for a function and when they finally arrived ( after 30 days). Both chairs inside the box were broken with holes in them. All right in fact, they seem so cheaply made now . Not the same. To make matters worse, communication is constant back and forth with no real answers really and no real easy solution, making the return very difficult and VERY frustrating . All I want is for them to send a UPS truck to pick them up and refund our money. At first I tried to get an exchange but they don't do that and they refuse to help, and the return is also a lot of work. I can't just throw these in the back of my car and take them to the UPS store. It's heavy. And we don't have a truck. Basically they screwed up and the inconvenience is 100% on us. Not to mention we didn't have chairs for our family event . We are so disappointed that the quality has gone to crap , as we really did like the set that we had. We had six of them! They lasted years over 8 years. They were great chairs . Well, They are no longer great chairs . I would not buy these if I were you and save yourself the Time, frustration and headache. Opt for something you can get sooner and that will last. The quality has changed not for the good. VERY disappointed. ... show more

These chairs are artistically designed and have great lines. Most recliners look like a boardwalk. The "material" is not actually woven like so many current models so it seems tougher. Most of the woven ones I have seen have breaks and tears somewhere and seem destined to fail. They arrived on time in a huge box that the fed ex guy dropped twice but no damage. Got them to the deck and to be fair you have to mess with the legs to make sure they are locked in but once you do it's fine. They look much more expensive than they are and create a stylish and contemporary look. Truth be told they are not hella comfortable. The material has little sag to it so it's like laying on a very taut surface. I will probably get some pads for them but just yesterday I grabbed a pillow and caught a great nap under the warm sun and was very comfortable and for that one experience it was worth it as the pleasure of enjoying a warm sunny day and napping on my deck was worth the price. I'd say if you understand what you are getting and the style works for you it's a good deal. ... show more

Been using these for months now and I love the color, how comfy they are AND how they stand up to the hot Texas sun. The only complaints I have are the legs and the space between the lower and upper portion. I was very gentle with them when I first un-boxed them but I still think the legs are too wimpy. They really need to beef them up. There's a space between the lower and upper portion that traps leaves, pine needles and just crap from the yard and I am CONSTANTLY cleaning them. It would be really nice if I could just hose them down but you can't--crap gets stuck in that little space and you end up having to flip them on their sides to clean them--I'm STILL nervous I'll break the legs doing this..... ... show more

First time ordering something that would require some effort to return if I wasn’t satisfied, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. The chairs came and from the packaging all the way to relaxing poolside...I was so pleased!! This was by far my best purchase to date!! The chairs look exactly as pictured. I wasn’t sure how I would like not having armrests but actually I love it! It’s so much nicer to be able to flip around/move around due to not having the armrests. The chairs don’t hold water like some and a very quick to dry. Super easy to clean or just hose off. The shape of the chairs make for great comfort. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product. I’m so thankful I decided on this set! As a matter of fact I ordered another set! I bought this product (2) in 2018, easy to assembly, seemed sturdy and good quality. In August 2020 while I was laying on the chair, my wife (5.2 inc and 110 lbs) sat next to me for split seconds and the back leg gave out, broke like a glass!! Contacted Keter Consumer Service. They said, yes, we stand behind our products, we will send you a replacement leg. Because Covid-19 "Your order has been entered and should arrive in 4-6 Weeks." 7 weeks later, nothing arrived, called them, 3 times, emailed them 2 times and we are in November and no answer whatsoever from this company. Every time I call to follow up they create new excuses, like the parts come from Israel, delayed at the border, etc. Now I have one working chaise and another sitting in the garage with no use. These chairs are so durable. The chair on the right with the back upright was purchased in 2017. The left chair with the back partially reclined was purchased a few weeks ago. You can see other than a slightly lighter color the original has withstood 8 years of sun and rain.
