Took me about an hour to put this together. No instructions, but was common sense to put it all together. The bike is huge, I'm 5'10" and I feels just the right size for me. Also, if you're wondering how to turn the display from kilometers to miles per hour, you hold the + and - signs on the PAS controller on the left side of the box which takes you into options for the display. Go to page 2, this is where you can change from kilometers to miles per hour. I found this by accident trying to figure it out, have no clue what any of the other settings mean since i don't have instruction manual but at least the speed makes sense for me now. All in all great bike, wish it had manual though. I mounted rear view mirrors, and collapsible wire baskets on the sides of the rear of the bike. The seat is a little uncomfortable so I have a new wide comfort seat coming in from amazon, as well as a hard plastic storage trunk for on top of the bike rack. I was a little skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but I took a chance. Packaging was extremely well done and assembly was not an issue. Instructions came with my purchase. I’m a big size guy and this thing can crank out some power. I maxed it out once at 27 mph but pulled back just for my safety. I prefer PAS I so I can as least do some physical exercise. I’m averaging about 32-35 miles on the battery. I had this for a little over 2 months and have 380 miles on it. I did experience my first flat tire after 50 miles but easily rectified it with fix a flat (added it to the front tire as well). Be careful with how much air you add as my rear tire came off the rim after doing some sharp cornering. No issues after that. I did replace the seat with a wider seat for comfort and added mirrors. My only concern is the battery charger. It still works but it’s flimsy and not sure how long it will last. I’m thinking about ordering a second charger just in case. Overall, I think it’s a great product.

Phone holder broke same day i unboxed it, its way bigger the a normal bike. The tires are crap, so us the charger they sent with it meaning it cant be taken mountain biking you will get a flat tire as i did riding on the sidewalk let alone on a trail. Biggest waste of money AVOID AT all Cost!

Very good design and I love the way the bike works. Unboxing was a little complicated; lots and lots of zip ties of varying sizes, especially tiny. Use small diagonal snips to avoid damage to the appliqued graphics, if you care about the appliqued graphics. Do a full unboxing, being careful to lay things out in order according to the manual, throwing packing away as you do. There's a lot. The manual is a bit thin, but the construction is pretty intuitive, especially if you have some bike experience. It took me about an hour and a half. When I put it together, though, it didn't power up. I tried things that didn't work. I dropped a message to Keteles, and got a response within hours. Turns out I was able to fix the problem before they replied, but the fact that they responded quickly gives me confidence in their product. Apparently during shipping, a connection or more came loose. I simply pushed the connectors together and it fired right up. You should do this before a ride. On my way home, the display showed I was out of battery. I pushed some connectors together and off I was. It seems very well constructed with clean, thick welds. It can afford heavier, beefier accessories as it's powered. The cushy saddle is nice. The headlight looks and performs like it belongs on an ATV. Actually, all of the accessories have an aggressive, heavy design. The fenders are thick and cover much of the exposed tire, and the rear rack looks like it could be on a safari truck. The brake light needs to be replaced with a brake light/directional signal. As for performance? I suggest you start at the lowest power assisted mode. You'll feel it on the throttle. I was able to get the bike to 27 mph without pedaling at PAS 4. It actually felt a little sketchy. But fun sketchy. I'd always intended for my first foray into e-bikes to be a replacement for the car, to perform errands and do a bit of shopping. With this beast I can take a side trip onto a strip of trail and end up back to task. Fun, strong bike. If you like a fun, strong bike? You'll love it. Edit 8/1/23: Still a fun bike, for certain, but not a trail bike in the traditional mtb sense. It's tough to whip around an 80 pound bike on a switchback. It also doesn't absorb terrain the same; it'll bounce around on the tough stuff. But for double tracks and logging roads? Perfect. Edit 10/14/23: The bike suddenly stopped working. Keteles' customer service was STELLAR! It took a while, but it works again. Sometimes you're as much buying customer service as you are a product. It's a value when the service is good.

I’m very happy with this bike I took it on a very nice ride to the George Washington Bridge in New York about 26 miles and it did great very comfortable. Got it up to 30 miles an hour with some peddling other than that on its own I hit 27.6 miles an hour in perfect condition. My only complaint is customer service trying to get some information from them on the specs for this bike is very difficult. But this is a very fun bike and I would definitely recommend it. I’ve already put 310 miles on it.
