This chair was a cheap piece of crap very light weight. The seat part was hard as a rock and the 2 snap on arm rests were not even in the box, I’ve always done good by Amazon but not this time. And now for extra good measure. I’m having a real hard time getting this chair picked up for return. It’s in a box about 3x3&4 feet tall. Very heavy.     • False advertising about the type of springs it has.

Its comfortable now, but I imagine that won't last long. You get what you pay for. Made very cheap. My feet are 10in off the ground. The wrapped special springs are nonexistent in this model. Not very comfortable to me. Recline postion isn't bad.
