I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I'm always skeptical of Chinese tech from Amazon, but this works really well. The image is really good. The controls are easy. 16 feet of cable is probably more than you could ever use, especially if you have to go around bends. There are 3 settings for the LED (kind of unnecessary, but a nice to have). It illuminated a completely dark area in the frame of a vehicle with a picture-perfect image. It arrived fully charged, so I didn't have to wait to use it. It comes with attachments for the camera that I didn't think would hold up, but again, I was surprised that the hook attachment was strong enough to grab and pull speaker wire without bending, breaking, or popping off. I also like that this is a self-contained unit and there's no need to download an app and connect to your phone, etc. This allows you to just use right away. The only drawback that I would bring up, which couldn't likely be changed at this price point: It would be nice if you could control (spin and turn) the camera/cable rather than just manually manipulating the cable, especially at length. ... show more

My only regret about this product is that I did not order it sooner. When these type of cameras had come out back in the mid 2000 I picked up one. That thing was totally useless it would not even fit down a spark plug hole. I've been watching a lot of automotive repair videos and a are using this type of camera and in the videos it looks pretty good. I decided since I have a big job taking my engine apart that I would try one again. I am absolutely amazed by the night and day difference between the old fashioned one and this one. It's not even close in comparison. Even the price is unbelievably different. I paid more than twice the amount that I spent buying this one. Now I can look down my spark plug hole and see my pistons and my valves. ... show more

    • Great value but you have to buy the USB 5v/1a charging block seperately..
For the low price, Im very impressed with the quality. My only gripe is they include the type C charging cable but not the charging block. You can't use the usual fast charge USB chargers or you will damage the unit.. This is annoying and also annoying is they don't have instructions listed in the manual on how to delete photos from memory, but you can figured out by taking test photos and pushing buttons till u figure it out.. Be nice if they would list that in the instructions manual. Would be 5 stars if they would include the charging block. ... show more

    • Duel camera is amazing.
This borescope camera has a side view and normal angle the self contained unit performs perfectly, you can even rotate the image with out having to turn the camera.
