WOW! Is about all I can say... this thing REALLY pulls the moisture out of the air, and FAST!! So, I purchased this unit to assist my AC during the summer months as I've noticed lately that even when my AC is set to around 70* (running frequently), the humidity in the house was still around 65%, and not as comfortable as it should be for a home around 70* due to the extra moisture in the air (esp on rainy days.) So, the unit arrived as scheduled (it's a bit heavy), and I immediately put it to work... Within 3 hours the unit had already filled the 1gallon bucket, requiring it to be emptied before continuing... I was blown away by how fast this unit was able to pull a full gallon of water out of the air in my home. Within 6 hrs of running, I went from approx 65%-68% humidity in the house, to just 45% and it now feels perfect!! After the excessive mosture was removed from the air, I was even able to dial back my thermostat a degree or two... just because the home now feels more comfortable and the AC doesn't need to work as hard/long to maintain the level of comfort... Who knew a dehumidifier would be that big of an asset to a home's comfort level? The next time I have to replace a furnace, I'll be having a dehumidifier installed with the furnace! In a few days, I'll take this unit downstairs to the basement, and then allow it to run continuously and drain into a drain in the floor, for the rest of the summer... I'm very pleased with this small investment... Once of the best purchases I've made thus far this year...

I moved into my uncles home in October (inheritance blessing )and he had a Frigidaire dehumidifier in the basement that was of concern .I was always worried when I left the house the unit would blow up break down because the noise was way too loud .I would unplug the unit every time I left the house for more than a few hours which was inconvenient .I exercise in my basement with the TV on and would need to put the volume on high so I could hear the television ! I decided to purchase a Kesnos unit .It was an easy installation process and came with an easy to understand user manual . The noise level was like night and day .I could not believe the difference between the Frigidaire and the Kesnos dehumidifier in more than just the noise .Besides the worrisome noise issue ,my clothes from the laundry drying on hangers always had a musty smell when drying.Now with this Kesnos unit ,the clothes are not damp anymore .Everything smells better, there is no musty odor at all. I never write reviews but I am so happy with this dehumidifier I felt compelled to write a review .My brother bought the same unit for his basement and told me it has high quality seals and has the energy efficient Star which is important to save money . I put the unit on low and it does an amazing job with an automatic shut off switch which for me is important. The value for the money is well worth buying ,it covers 5500sq feet which is more than enough for my basement . I highly recommend this unit ,it's easy to use and has a nice looking design, its lightweight and has casters on the bottom so you can easily move the unit to another room . I am extremely happy with customer service also .They will respond to your questions promptly in which this service is invaluable .

The media could not be loaded. This is THE BEST dehumidifier! I'd give 10 stars if I could! It's efficient, quiet, easy to use, long lasting. This the 2nd unit I've purchased. The original unit ran 24/7/365 in our basement bedroom and family room for (almost) 4 years before it started to slow down. 4 years, never turned off! It's a little more expensive than other units but it is absolutely worth it. The water bucket is the perfect size. Easy to handle and empty. But it if you need a dehumidifier that works and lasts.

The Dehumidifier was easy to set up and seems to work well in my basement. Had it running for over eight hours brought the humidity down to 40% in the basement very easy to. Their customer service through email did respond to my questionsin in a timely and friendly manner.

What I loved - the unit works well, and is much quieter than another brand I had. The hose that comes with the unit works well and allows it to auto drain - no more constantly dumping water! After a year, the unit stopped working so I contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and helpful. They helped me trouble shoot and it was clear the unit wasn’t salvageable, they offered a solution we both agreed on. Give this product and company a try!
