I have been carefully using it for the last month and I’m sure that it has helped with the enormous amount of fall I was having previously. Since last Nov. I haven’t had my hair cut so it’s gotten crazy long but a few months ago it just started coming out in huge clumps, I couldn’t move without it coming out. Since I’ve been using this shampoo and the serum the amount of hair I loose has significantly reduced. I think the shampoo smells very nice, but because I haven’t used this particular one from the salon I don’t really know if this is real or not. It had a very good seal and came looking fresh.
