It's lean, arrives mostly frozen but not completely thawed either. Granted it's been very hot here. You can tell it's ground lots of stuff. But for the convenience it serves it's purpose well. I've ordered a couple of times now and have suggested to a few folks looking for convenient bulk game meats we can't get around here. Tastes good. Cooks well. Meets my nutrition needs. I thought I found a good deer meat connection but I guess I was wrong I bought ten pounds of you ground meat and it is full of bone pieces and cart ledge it’s terrible I’ll never buy it from you again! It’s a shame you have to ruin such good meat
