I just bought this for my 12 year old son for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. He has ridden it for hours already and says he likes it more than his XBOX. All the boys on our street have new scooters and this one seems as good as any. Looks and feels strong, charges quickly, and seems to run a good while. Now two things that are not so good. First, the front fender was rubbing on the tube that connects to were you stand. I had to saw off about an inch, and then sand the part that was touching about an eighth of an inch so it would not rub when steering. After this, it turns and runs great. Second, the Walmart one that my neighbor has is faster uphill than ours. It is only a 350, just barely faster but at full throttle, he can beat my son up the hill. On level ground, ours is faster. I like it and hope it lasts a long time. My son thinks I am the best dad for getting it so I will take the win. 30 days later, the scooter will not turn on. I can not return, and my son was crying and there is nothing I can do about it. Started turning off all by itself, and then just turned off and will not turn back on. My son is only 120 pounds and was taking good care of it. I would avoid this brand. As I look at this I lower it two a one since I can not even reach a customer service person at this company.

Good quality! I'v used it for 1 week for commute and it works well in bad road conditions or raining weather. No slippery happend. It has a well-designed app which can do a lot of things, like setting maxium speed (no more than 20 mph), or locking the device. You can fold it and lift it with one hand, as long as you are strong enough.
