Love the design, easy to customize the shelves& trays, can change the temp in the fridge or freezer easily, and the crispier bins have vents you can open or shut. Just a really well made product. We actually received it with dents from shipping & customer service was amazing about shipping out another without any imperfections! I think everyone needs an overflow fridge if you already have one too! My father-in-law just got back from a weekend away with friends & filled the entire fridge! Took me an hour and a 1/2 of arguing with 3 different people and a supervisor from R. XO finally getting Amazon customer service involved, who set them straight. They had a package of mine that was bought and paid for did not want to release it to me and made app fake rules in order to be difficult. Not sure, why. Your guess is as good as mine. Finally, a gentleman named Jordan from RXO. Called me back and made the situation right? However, it was extremely difficult to obtain these results. This has been working good, and I was tempted to rate it higher, but the bottom door has no floor clearance so it has hit my toes quite a few times when I wasn't paying attention and it hurt pretty bad. My family has also accidentally closed the door on their toes, so it's not just me. I like the LED lights on the inside, it gives it a nice aesthetic. We have it on the default settings and it keeps our foods adequately refrigerated. At times when it shuts down after running it rattles pretty loudly but other than that it runs pretty quietly. When it runs at times it sounds like it's making a bubbling sound. The trade off with the door having no floor clearance is that there is plenty of storage space in the door and the main compartments. Overall, we are happy and would have given it a full 5 star but the door closing on my toes has been pretty frustrating. ... show more

So far we love it. I love the clear shelves and crisper drawers. It is rather large for the size fridge it is.
