I live in an apartment that was built in 1973, so the showerhead was very dated and needed a modern upgrade. I found it easy to install the shower head, but will need to connect with maintenance to install the metal plate and handle since my pipes are so old. If you live in a newer space, though, the valve, handle, and plate it comes with should be very easy to install yourself. The directions are detailed enough for you to follow and feel confident doing it. Additionally, it's a super beautiful shower head and provides the perfect amount of pressure. I feel like I am showering under rain, and it is so soothing! I highly recommend this shower head for anyone needing a simple upgrade to their bathroom. It's lovely!

This set arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. in a cardboard box. The chrome components each were packaged in their own little fabric bag to protect them in transit. There are instructions included, and it was easy to install. We really appreciated that we were able to find a smallish (6" square) rain shower head as opposed to the really huge ones that would have overwhelmed a small bathroom. The components are metal with a highly polished chrome finish lending a modern feel. The 1.8 GPM flow leaves a bit to be desired, but it does reduce water consumption. The spray pattern really does feel like you are out in the rain. The head pivots easily in most directions, so you can adjust it to your desired position. We used a straight wall mounted shower arm for a straight down water spray. Overall quality product at a great price. A nice alternative to all the plastic name brands found in big box stores.

I was excited to get this shower head as I've needed a new one for a while. While it looks nice and stylish, functionally, it's kind of a piece of junk. There is very little water pressure/water flow. It's definitely more of a "for looks and relaxation" than an "I need to take a shower to get clean" kind of head. Given the price of it, I expected a little more out of it. It's also not a novice install. There is a new mixing valve that needs to be installed in addition to the head, plate and handle. I didn't have an issue with it as I've done this kind of thing before. But if you didn't know and were just looking for a new head, you'd be in for a surprise with this one. If I had to do it again, I would pass on this one.

Zero stars if I could Requested installation information that was lost, thinking it would show how to remove the cartridge. Have a blockage from junk in water supply. After I was told to look carefully in the box 🤷🏼♂️, I again requested information only to be sent a picture already shown on Amazon with the hot and cold water lines shown, well duh 🙄. Further research I could find no parts available, only links to buy more kenes products from Amazon. I will not be installing something sealed in a wall without resources for parts and customer support for the simplest questions.
