Great quality. Seems sturdy. Instructions suck however . The included instruction card shows a lot of big hands, bad detail of parts. The scanned barcode instructions are a bit better but they are at double speed which makes no sense and again lots of big hands in the way. That being said, figured it out and it’s a great rack at the price point. Spring hold down strap is strong.

I wanted a folding bike in the vehicle for emergencies and trails the bike I have didn't have a cargo rack . This fits perfectly. It had various pieces to attach and was able to choose the best way for my bike. The instructions were not great but the pictures made it OK. Had to SLIGHTLY bend a couple rods to get it fit the mounting holes on the bike but i expected some hand fitting . It is pretty sturdy

This rack is made of a metal that easily bends under the load of a Bafang M625 battery. I've tried to doctor-up the rack by adding reinforcement mechanisms using large zip ties and nylon straps. But I'm not too optimistic about this rack lasting another bump in the road since the last firstrun fail. (waiting on ebike parts before trying again) In addition to this pending failure of a rack. There's easily strippable nuts on the locations that matter. The legs are prone to bending under the weight of a ~12lbs Bafang ebike Smile battery. So this rack will not survive the 70lbs plus rated weight limit it's touting in it's specs. This rack is installed on my full suspension mountain bike that I use as a commuter and not as an off-roader. So, I have a 350 lbs rated rear spring to give me a softer ride with me being ~220bs. My point to the last bits of this message? If this rack can't handle the softer buffered jars of a full suspension bike. It certainly wouldn't last the hard jarrings of my hard tail with front suspension. This rack is a major fail. For being difficult to put together and for for it's inferior material. In my strong opinion this rack needs to be made out of pure steel to be of good use. Not some kind of soft lightweight alloy. Even the cheapest steel being used as the sole material would probably make this rack useable. This rack's price is not the reason for it's inferiority. Because I have an older rack on my hybrid that is lightweight but stronger that cost me around the same prices as this rack. That has stood up to be fully loaded down with groceries and even loaded down with my Banfang M625 kit coming from Fedex riding over bumps for about 3 miles or more. And that rack has not failed in it's over 5 years of me having it. However, this rack is an absolute disaster waiting to happen.

Decent rear cargo rack and easy to install. The large bolts provided were too long. Had to cut 1/4 inch off to provide adequate clearance to tires. No big deal though.

Possibly the only solution for bikes without mounting points. As far as package racks go, it seems pretty good. I've only got a few miles on it, and haven't had a need to max out its weight capacity, but so far, it seems like a solid choice. But this is less of a product review, and maybe more of a guide for people who are in a similar predicament. I have a Mongoose Dolomite 26" fat tire bike. It's hard enough finding rack solutions for fat tire bikes, but mongoose decided to compound the problem by not including lower or upper mounting points in the frame. Also part of the problem is that I have to have the seat post all the way down, so I can't use any of the racks that clamp to the seat post. So this rack was the only one on all of Amazon that met all of my criteria - wide enough to fit over a 4" tire, could clamp to the bike frame, and didn't have a straight seat post clamp arm. So I paired this rack with an ibera frame clamp for the upper mount, and a RayMace folding basket (it also comes with an insulated bag and rain cover). So, while it took 3 manufacturers to get me where I wanted to be, I'm happy with the final outcome

Heavier than I expected, ok for an e-bike, but I wouldn't use it for extended touring where one would want to minimize weight. But I would say it's sturdy, if all the screws hold tight. Although it's easy enough to figure out how to put it together, the instructions are near useless and possibly could mislead since it uses old photographs of some prior version with minor differences. The best instruction guide for it is on YouTube where there's a video which goes over where some of the more questionable parts go. Search for "ZTZ Bike Rear Rack". Given the number of screw-fastened joints, anyone using this should liberally use Loctite or some similar thread-locking compound, as so many potentially loose screws are an accident waiting to happen. All it needs to get started is a little road vibration.

So the instructions aren't great, but they have a picture on the back that can really help. If you just take a look at that picture, you should be fine. It only took my about 20 minutes but I am pretty handy. You will need a wrench or socket set aline with a few Allen wrenches. However, once it is installed, it's pretty great. Good deal on a very versatile rack.
