This brace seems well constructed and is made out of soft, foamy material. I’ve tried wearing it during the day on the couch for 1-2 hrs at a time and it does relieve plantar fasciitis pain immediately after removing it. However, I cannot make it through a night wearing this to bed. I’ve tried 3 nights in a row and adjusting it different ways, trying to make it as loose as possible but no matter what I end up with burning/numbness on the top of my foot where it seems the most pressure is being applied by the brace. The good thing is no matter how loose I make it, it doesn’t seem to slip off but the pain from the pressure of the metal even in it’s layers of foam and with the fluffy sock I tried wearing with it, once I wake up at 2am I can’t go back to sleep without taking it off. I don’t know if it will be beneficial in actually curing my plantar fasciitis (along with exercises and stretches) to just wear it for 1-2 hrs a day since it seems it supposed to be worn for a full nights sleep. Maybe it’s just the shape of my foot. I will be trying another brace on Amazon but I don’t have the patience to keep ordering and returning these especially since they all have mixed reviews and I imagine everyone’s feet are different.

I was skeptical at first but my friend said it helped her so I went ahead and bought this. It hasn’t bothered me comfort wise. I’m a side sleeper. I wear mine over my sock mostly but it works best if you don’t wear socks under it. It’s ray to put on and it took about 2-3 nights and it started to help me out. Especially in the morning. I used to wake up and limp to the coffee pot now I just wake up and walk normally. No pain! It seems that my foot doesn’t hurt as much during the day either. I don’t know how it works but it does!

Because of permanent nerve damage I was looking for something to help my drop foot. This is very comfortable and usually wear a couple hours every evening. I have just started wearing it so not sure it has helped yet but I'm very hopeful. I have experience Plantar Fascitis in the past and I'm positive this would help with that issue and be way more comfortable than wearing a hard boot.

I tried a different boot type splint and this one is leaps and bounds better than the first one. It doesn’t slip around on my foot like the other boot. My pain was cut in half after the first week!!! It took me a few days to work up to wearing it all night but it’s been worth it!! It’s super easy to put on. The Velcro is really good and strong too! Definitely the better choice of night splint!

Very comfortable split to wear overnight. The Velcro holds tight and it stays how you set it. I’m not sure if the style has changed from reviews that say it’s too small around the calf but I am 6’3” 300 pounds and there is still plenty of slack in my calf area. Recommend starting off for just a few minutes at a time before going a full night with it on. After a few full nights of wearing it I have noticed a difference for sure. Also dont sleep on the included massage ball it feels great! Highly recommend this to anyone.

Very easy to use and comfortable. I only use about 30 minutes at a time so far but I can already tell that it is helping my foot. Highly recommend this product to help stretch your feet. I wear a size 12 shoe and it fits fine.

I recently started to incorporate more walking/exercises into my routine and I developed plantar fasciitis pain. I did hot/cold treatments, exercises to stretch out and strengthen my plantar muscle, and I even got shoe inserts, but none of those really helped. I saw no signs of improvement and continued to have pain especially in the morning. But after I bought this brace and wore it at night, IT WAS A GAME CHANGER! My pain went from a 8/10 in the morning to 2/10. The pain was almost gone from wearing it for 1 night. In the beginning it did feel uncomfortable for me to wear and it felt really warm around my toes, but after 3 nights of wearing it, I no longer felt any pain. This product really helped me fix my plantar fasciitis and now I walk/exercise with no problems
