    • Small but mighty
I bench-tested this and it works very well, can handle an 8” propeller for a good amount of thrust. The external rotor design makes for better efficiency than the traditional brushless motors for the size and weight, and also better heat dissipation. Very nice motor, can’t wait to try it in real flight. On the downside, it comes with no instructions, and the product page is also lacking in technical details. The construction looks good, plenty of air circulation provided by the large openings around the coils. Not sure how good the bearings are, these tend to be the first thing that goes bad – only time will tell. ... show more

This is a standard 2206 1450KV 20A brushless motor. No frills, no instructions included, but straightforward install and gets going quick. Perfect for park flyers, that are sports planes or even 3D.
