The EH-rated, non-marking rubber outsole offers abrasion and slip-resistance for better longevity not typically available in this style. If you have custom insoles for orthotic purposes, no problem, all KEEN Utility products have removable PU insoles for easy replacement. This dependable boot is great for heavy-duty work in construction, landscaping, welding, manufacturing, iron and road work. Comfortable, durable boots

I bought my first pair (6” model) approaching 5 years ago. Admittedly I used them well past their prime, but they are still extremely comfortable and supportive. I’ve bought 3 other pairs of boots during that time, the others fell short in comfort and durability, and each time I went back to these boots. On average I have chosen to use these boots probably 70% of the time, even as they got old. I work in a smaller ship yard in the Pacific Northwest. Lots of steel and aluminum structure to climb around and work on, and a fair amount of rain to work in. The wedge soles are stable provide heaps of grip even on angle iron and piping, coupled with the 6” ankle. My new pair is the 8” boot which is even more supportive. The old boots are still effectively waterproof, though I imagine if I stepped in ankle deep water my feet wouldn’t be completely dry any longer. The boots are lined so bumps and small impacts aren’t as uncomfortable as unlined ones and the composite toe keeps them light(er than steel toes). Like other Keens the toe box is roomy and doesn’t pinch as you walk. The stock insole is quite good as well. I never had to replace them for reasons other than foot funk prevention. As for problems I’ve had, the soft leather over the comp toe wore very quickly when kneeling on grit-blasted aluminum. Toe protection is a must, which detracts from the style of the boot. But it’s work, not a fashion show. After 2 years or so, the sole on the toe of the right boot started to separate. I shoe-goo’d it back down and it lasted another almost two years. ... show more

I uave tried literally over 10 work boots. These are the only ones that dont hurt my feet and help my plantar fasciitis. Never really give reviews but definitely will be my forever work boot. Love the toe wiggle room and toe box. True to size.

Very Nice boots.

These are some of the most comfortable boots I own. The size is perfectly accurate. Super light weight. So far the quality has been excellent. I own a lot of boots and I find myself reaching for these daily

solid boots 1 month 2 weeks in

i really like the boots so far. super comfy, fairly wide foot box for my feet. I use them for working with asphalt(dealing with high temps, diesel, etc) , and other super harsh condition type related job duties. so only time will tell. water proofing is solid @ 1 month old. I doubt ill update this review hahah, but it sounds good in theory to update it after a year of real world use. There was a several day break in period i thought. they felt pretty stiff intitially, but now I feel pretty happy with them. If at one year they've held up to what i throw at them, i'd for sure go 5 stars. Currently i'd say they're 5 stars, but thats hard to say at 1 month out. None of these boots stay together for over 2 years for me, they always fall apart somewhere I will say that i love the traction they provide, until the asphalt gets stuck on the soles. but thats easy to deal with, with a bit of diesel on the outsoles ... show more

The lineing of the boot came loose. Haven't even had them 3 months yet. Very expensive boot to fall apart this quick. They have only been worn 30 of those days. Defective boot. Can't return we are past the return date. Very disappointed.

Best work boots for sore feet

Outside doesn't hold up

These boots are comfortable but the outer sole is falling apart. I bought them May 1st and the outside is junk now after 4.5 months.
