  • Great boot. Super comfortable.
Size: 8.5 Wide Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
These are my favorite boot. I have scar tissue on my heal and they are the only boot that doesn’t hurt that area. This is my third pair cause they are comfortable to work in all day. Super durable.

  • They DO Run Small KEEN Braddock Mid Height Steel Toe Waterproof Work Boots
Size: 11 Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
They do run small. I have worn Keen shoes for over 25 years. I am always a size 10. I heard these run small so I got a 10 and a half. Still too small. I then got size 11. These fit just right. Everyone's feet are different, so decide for yourself. Remember, if you are on your feet all day your feet will swell. Be sure you have the right size. Other than the size discrepancy they are great! They are comfortable right out of the box. Read about all the work boot features they have so you can see if they fill specific needs for your job. ... show more

  • Keens are the best!
Size: 9.5 Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
My husband loves these for work! Her lives the wider toe box and they don’t require any breaking in to be comfortable. They last longer than any other brand he’s tried.

  • Wicked Good Boots - Made in the USA
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Cascade Brown/Tawny Olive
Best overall work boots I have worn in my 40 years of needing steel toed footwear! Comfortable and waterproof as advertised; good treads that grip, but will not cause a trip. This is my second pair -the first pair lasted for 1 year and 8 months of constant use. I would still be wearing them if it were not for the broken fabric eyelets (the reason I won't give them 5 stars). The original set of laces wore out too soon, so I purchased a rugged set of paracord laces (from Amazon). Those laces have performed well - perhaps TOO well, as I suspect they may have "sawed through" the eyelets. I had broken 4 eyelets by the time I ordered new boots. Keen would do well to address that issue. I am considering taking the old pair to a local cobbler for a fix, as they still have some good life left in them. I agree with previous posters that the sizing tends to run about 1/2 size small (I bought 10-1/2; typically wear 10's.) Last, but not least, is that these boots are assembled in the USA and are competitively priced. ... show more

  • Buy one full size larger, great boots!
Size: 10.5 Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
Great pair of keen boots, feel very tough and ready to protect your feet from any damage. Comfort depends on the type of insole you choose. Lastly, the reviews are correct, you need to order one size larger than your usual. I’ve bought many different keen and timberland boots and I’m usually 9.5. With these boots I’m 10.5 and they’re perfect. Great price on these gargoyle color boots! Soli Deo Gloria! ... show more

  • Changing my rating
Size: 12 Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
So far these boots are amazing. Im only one month in of daily 8 hour use. They fit perfectly, and are comfortable right out of the box. Very well made. They are definitely heavier than my magnum stealth force but those are pieces of junk. Great boots for the money. I don't believe these are "made in the u.s." but are assembled in the u.s.("american built") Just wanted to clarify for those who are concerned about it. ***Update*** While most of the boot remains in ok condition, the loops that the laces route through are ripping, rendering the boot nearly useless. Also beware Keen laces break after about 6 months. Starting to lose stitching as well. Back to red wing I guess ... show more

  • Hard to find a better steel toe shoe! Well worth the investment! (Size 13D)
Size: 7 Color: Gargoyle/Forest Night
I am one of many out there who love Keen footwear. I own a pair of these that I have had for about a year now and have loved them since I first tried them on. Very comfortable for all day wear, if so desired. They look good (I own the Gargoyle/? color option) and I've never regretted buying these, unlike some other brands I've owned over the years. I just ordered a second pair because through no fault of Keens, I wore these shoes for chores I shouldn't have (like painting, cement work, etc.) and over time they just began to look a little unsightly. So I decided since I can afford another pair, I'll just buy a new pair for everyday wear and keep the old pair for "dirty work" and try to keep the new ones looking good. This particular style does run a bit small, as many others have also mentioned, but no biggie, just up a size and all is well. After all, what's in a number anyway? I've yet to find a shoe company that every one of their styles fit my "measured" size, so no deduction for that. I just wish shoe companies would continue the half sizes beyond size 12. I'm generally about a size 12, but some shoes I can actually wear an 11.5 and others I need a 13, as with this shoe. Note to shoe companies: why not sell shoes individually, so people like me who have slightly different size left and right feet (not uncommon,by the way) can buy the exact size for each foot and those of us with "bid hands and big feet" can buy, for example, a 12.5 left shoe and 13 right shoe. Awesome Idea! Set yourself apart from the crowd! just send me my royalty checks when you see how well this idea works for you. :~) Now some people might think that these shoes are expensive, and others won't. But one thing I've learned over the years, with a lot of things we spend our hard earned money on, the age old saying "Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good" is so true. And with these it's money well spent! Bottom line is these are a great steel toe shoes, and are MADE IN THE USA to boot! And if for some bizzare reason you don't like the insole, just buy a custom (third party) set of insoles and you're golden! But for most people, they will be perfect right out of the box. ... show more
